The food was decent. But service and customer service weren't the best 😕. We made our breakfast order at 1040 aka before their 11am breakfast cut off line. Then the server came to us at 11:16 a.m., saying we can't have the pancakes and the avocado bowl. Because it was too late? But the other breakfasts were okay, I guess? Guess you got to order pancakes and the bowl before 1030, which is werid.

The server tried to recorrect the problem, but the kitchen said no. They didn't give us any compensation or empathy. I'm disappointed at White Spot today.

Too expensive. The prices are getting ridiculous. Looks like they went up again. 2 adults, 2 little kids. 2Burgers and 2pirate packs and 2 pops for dinner. With tip $95.
For a little bit more we can eat steaks at montanas, go to the keg etc, better price value spaghetti factory. . white spot has lost touch with their consumer. I can feed the family McDonalds burger meals and happy meals for $22 and kids get a toy. White spot gives good food, but sorry it’s overpriced, and your restaurant empty at 7pm , because you are over charging. Not coming back unless I see a super special on your burgers.!

Oh one think you have I love is triple O sauce. I always all my life since little was get a side of that for my fries to dip in.

You now on top of a $22 burger $25-26 before tax if you want a little bit of mushrooms as extra, want to charge a $1 for a triple 0 sauce on the side. That brings us with tax and tip to $35 for a hamburger and fries. Do you see the problem ?? It’s not worth it to eat there.

I tried to order an omelette at noon. They told me that that part of the grill was open. There was nothing else on the menu I could have, due to dietary issues. My friend and I chose to go elsewhere.

We have been eating at White spit for years, however, last week we thought we'd order something different. We ordered the lettuce wraps which we thought was probably the worst we have ever had. Little chunks of chicken bits to try and negotiate in terrible lettuce pieces.
I ordered the seafood ( shrimp) sandwich and the bread was stale tasting and hard ..fries were 1" pieces not long and

Food not prepared as ordered.
Food was cold.
Sent my food back and had to go across the parking lot to eat at another restaurant.

I much prefer going to Triple O's because the food is always FRESH & HOT. The only downfall is it is not a full White Spot menu

Food was tasty, but I find it hard to order so much at a single sitting. I'd recommend more restaurants allow half portion ordering. A full order is too much and contributes to food waste...
The service was decent until the end when we needed to pay.. the servers were nowhere in sight and we had a bit of a time crunch. Other than that they were super friendly and kind. Perhaps the training impacted the time frame. The atmosphere was ok, just a little out of date. Over all it was a good experience, just a few critiques.

Vegetarian options: Not very many..

Parking: Free lot, but watching, a lot of seniors struggled to get up the step to get into the building as well as hold doors for more immobile people

Kid-friendliness: Yes. I used to love the pirate ship boat I got with my order as a kid
