All food was delicious , just perfect :) Very good spanish food in
Delicious food and drinks! Bit of a wait time but worth it. A must see in
SO pleased with our time at bar oso! great options for tapas and cocktails that are crafted with care.we ordered the beef tartare, octopus, patatas bravas (not pictured) and the braised wagyu beef cheeks!nothing astounding about the tartare except the tangy flavours and generous serving. the octopus is a true testament of a kitchens dedication to a dish in that it was perfectly tender while still being crispy and delicious! patatas bravas are a filler dish for sure, the pepper sauce was definitely a hit. THE CHEEKS. SO UNREAL. Melt in your mouth tender and delicious with a gelatinous jus that doesn’t quit. Honestly outstanding and the mustard seeds are a delicate touch that elevates the dish. Unfortunately the carrots were as tender as the beef however it didn’t take away from the dish's integrity.our server darcy was quick and witty to the point of getting us what we needed with haste. loved it!Stop by for some elevated snacks if you’re hungry!cheers oso!PS you should consider this for a filming location- it’s stunning!Wheelchair accessibility: not wheelchair accessible

This has to be one of the worst run restaurants in whistler. The service is mediocre at best, the food is truly bad, and the communication between foh and boh is non-existent. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. It’s incredibly overpriced and is more on the level of hospital food than any fine dining establishment. Nothing is seasoned well, everything lacked salt, acid, or any kind of true flavor. Oily food with no depth or real effort. One of the worst restaurants I’ve dined in in a long time, without a doubt. You will be disappointed.
As an American who lived in Spain, I have a slightly higher bar than most for Spanish food. The good: patatas bravas and croquetas and the beet saladSkip the rest. Especially the tortilla de patatas, not even close to true Spanish tortilla. But the bar counter looks cool AF

Best bar in town. Service was espetacular and the food was amazing. Let’s talk about drinks, this place really knows what they are doing. The negronis were amazing and my girlfriend really liked her cocktails too. The gin and tonic was the best cocktail in our opinion. We came here two days in a row(yes it is that good).
