Ordered tuna. Roughly 45$ ish. Got 3 pieces of raw tuna, and a lot of shrimps apart from that / was loud, and waited for 30-40 minutes to actually get my food.edit: RE: got answer from the owner; The problem is not in the fact that price is too high. If you would have read my review correctly, you would understand that I refer to a fact that “tuna bowl” had merely 30g of tuna in it. You should learn how to read/interpret stuff, before answering anything.

Let's start with the good news: we ordered three of their sides plus the white pizza with mushrooms, a draft beer and a mocktail. The broccolini, brussel sprouts and squash were all excellent! The pizza was pretty good, crust excellent. The Ginger Marmalade Fizz was great and the local IPA was good too.We made a reservation for 5:30, and when we arrived, the restaurant was pretty empty. I informed the person at the front desk that my husband has a hearing impairment and requested a quiet table. I was told that the only two person tables that were available were on either side of the front door, or in front of the kitchen. We were seated at a table directly in front of where the food was picked up by the wait staff... and needless to say, it was like being in the middle of a reality TV cooking show. The waitperson was lovely and attentive, but extremely soft spoken, so in addition to not being able to have a conversation with my husband, it was very hard to hear her. Halfway through the meal, two other guests were seated at a quiet table across the room, making the seating situation even more frustrating. Since there are no soft surfaces in the restaurant, the noise level just gets worse as the restaurant fills up. Unfortunately, this really took away from our enjoyment of a highly rated restaurant in the Village.

The sourdough fire oven pizza is in fact fire! The best part however is the bar. Ritchie is a wizard with cocktails! To have an award winning bartender with decades of experience was a surprise we took full advantage of. We ordered a total of 9 cocktails over two nights and they were all phenomenal. All were well balanced while containing assertive flavors and unique personalities. If we visit Whistler again, there is no doubt we will be back.

Great place for breakfast or dinner in Whistler village. Pizzas were amazing, great service and atmosphere. We had breakfast here twice during our stay and loved it. Reasonably priced for great food and great service.

We were recommended this restaurant by a waiter at a different restaurant. It lived up. With a lack of tables available (because it was busy / popular) we were placed at the bar, being looked after by Ritchie. He was fantastic. He knew his bar menu well and recommended a wine which elevated the experience. He also recommended what we ate. We had Calamari (highly recommended) and Serrano Ham croquettes for starters followed by the crispy lamb, goats cheese, jalapeño and pesto pizza. It sounds a bit out there, but it’s really a good flavour profile and the dough is fluffy with a smokeyness to it from the pizza oven. Very much worth the visit.

We were up in whistler to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday last week, and we decided to make reservations at Caramba (on a weekday), based on a recommendation from our Air BnB owner saying they can accommodate large groups and kids, we were a party of 11. Unfortunately our experience was significantly less than stellar. Immediately we saw that we were automatically going to be charged a 20% gratuity because we were more than 6 people. I think most people have “tip fatigue” these days, but knowing that all the other restaurants in the village probably also charge 20% we accepted it. However, the lack of service and care we received from our server deserved far less than that, if any tip at all. When she came to take our order, she effectively nudged my wife in the back with a closed fist. My wife was so shocked she thought she did something wrong initially. The food took over 40 minutes to arrive after ordering, while other tables she served were getting their food. She never once proactively came to keep us updated on our order, we had to flag her down to check, and she never showed any empathy for the fact we were waiting so long and the 4 young kids were starving. She never offered any free bread while we waited, or any sort of financial gesture I’m sure other restaurants would’ve offered. After the food came, we didn’t see her once until we asked for the bill, so she didn’t even do the standard “check-in” to see how the food was. This is the major problem with automatic gratuity, she knew she pocketed a large tip, so there’s really no incentive to work for it. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is the fact that the food wasn’t bad.If you intend on going here for dinner with a group of 6 or more, I highly recommend you book 2 separate bookings so you don’t get trapped having to tip 20% and receiving terrible service.

Everything we ordered was super salty. If they reduce the salt by 50%, our experience would have been perfect. We tried the French onion soup, the Rissotto Pescatore, and the Funghi Bianco. The seafoods in the rissotto were great. However, I wouldn’t recommend these dishes.

I visited the restaurant during my trip from Toronto and loved their food and drink. I accidentally forgot my bag and couldn’t go back and they kindly posted it to me to Toronto. It shows their generous was not just limited to food. I really appreciate and would definitely go again. Their pizza and cocktails are to die for.

As a long-standing tradition for my friends and family, dining at Cramaba on Christmas Eve had become a cherished ritual for over five consecutive years. However, this once-beloved establishment has plummeted from grace, as our recent visit on December 24th, 2023, left us profoundly dissatisfied and questioning its former appeal. The first indicator of trouble surfaced with the agonizingly slow service. Despite our reservations and the restaurant being well-aware of the holiday rush, the wait for our food stretched interminably, leaving our party increasingly restless and hungry.Upon the eventual arrival of our dishes, any semblance of anticipation evaporated into disappointment. The pasta dishes, once a signature delight, were rendered inedible due to an egregious oversalting, a mistake so fundamental it suggests a disregard for basic culinary standards. Moreover, the steak, a cornerstone of Cramaba's menu, was not spared from the culinary calamity; it arrived over-seasoned to the point of obfuscating any natural flavor, further exacerbated by its lamentably thin cut.The frustration didn't end with the culinary missteps; it extended to the lack of responsiveness from the management. Our attempt to communicate our concerns via email, a gesture aimed at constructive feedback, was met with silence. The deafening absence of acknowledgment or attempt at resolution only compounds the sense of disillusionment.Regrettably, it appears that the once-reliable Cramaba has forsaken its commitment to excellence. As a result, my friends and family have unanimously agreed that it's time to forge a new tradition within Whistler Village, one that prioritizes quality, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to delight patrons. It's with a heavy heart that we bid adieu to Cramaba, but with hopeful anticipation for the culinary adventures that lie ahead in our quest for a new holiday dining destination.

We sat at the bar and enjoyed a sangria and beer. Love me some ! Bartenders and servers are hustling and it's a nice environment. Spaghetti was a bit dry to my taste but meatballs were good. Caramba Burger (my husband's) was a better choice. Fries were also great! We didn't have coffee but it smelled amazing!
