Read bad reviews about this place. Decided to ignore them. Heard the kareoke dj only let locals sing. Heard the manager was not nice. Totally untrue. Manager was friendly and helpful. The kareoke dj won't talk to anybody while somebody is singing...reason being, he respects the person singing and tells people he can't talk right now. Very respectful. This place was very fun and lively. Ignore the bad reviews.

I am being generous with my 3 stars. Food was barely ok with the wings being the best dish. The drop in jam night was way too loud and it was impossible to talk. The oder of rotten eggs every ten mins or so did not make the eve more enjoyable.

Bar was cosy, great live music. Came to have a couple of beers(great prices) and play a game of pool. Waited patiently to play behind a couple of others for an hour (totally fine) until some old wannabe pool shark jumped in and said winners stay on. Sometimes ya just wanna play your friends, it ain't no pool hall mate haha. Would be cool if the staff paid attention to this and let the flow of the list of keen punters run through.
