I went on a week day evening and gym was packed. The treadmills were so close that young guy running beside me on his treadmill was sweating and it was landing on my treadmill. Also the change rooms were very dirty. They obviously need more people working and some system so gym not so crowded. The ten dollar drop in fee is not cheap. Will not be back. Whistler you can do better.

The actual gym is completely oversubscribed I came back to the same exercise machine 6 times literally over the course of a 1.5 hour gym session and always always someone on it. So you lose your flow and just miss out on exercises in your session this is even late on a Sunday night so it’s not a question of peak times. Peak times are even more oversubscribed. They have to sell less memberships or manage how many can enter gym at once or it’s not fair to sell walk in sessions for $9 a go if most machines are constantly in use.

We all loved the visit to the pool. It was really busy, but that really did not matter. There was still enough for us to all enjoy our time. It is a great place to visit after being on the slops all day.
