My room was close to the elevator which constantly 'bings' when the doors open. It's really loud and distracting.Hot tub and sauna are underwhelming for a ski resort. The room itself was pretty rundown. Old shower curtain, and an old, too-soft mattress. In general, given the price of the hotel, I'd expect better fixtures and amenities

The location and service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly, the ease of ski/snowboard valet was amazing, and the location is perfect (so close to the slopes and everything fun). The rooms were blah. A few reasons for that statement: stuffy rooms without fans and one small opening in window, many outlets didn't work, and very minimal for hangers/hooks to hang gear and coats.Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again. We may look elsewhere but this was a solid place for our group.Walkability: Super close to the slopes!! Right in the village so close to all bars and restaurants!

Very nice hotel, bar and restaurant. Less than 10 minutes to lift. Rooms and staff were super accommodating. Would stay here again.Rooms: Nice and room service was great.Nearby activities: Many restaurants to choose from and too many to count shops and stores.Walkability: Short walk to most everything.Food & drinks: Restaurant at the hotel had excellent food, a fabulous wine list, and the most unique bar. You have to experience sabering a bottle of champagne in there uge wine celler. Bring your cell phone for a video.

Negative: Okayish room, for the price though way outdated. Old carpets, old windows, shower which drips with water when u shower from all “exits”. Bathroom 70ies style. So I personally would not sleep there again. Spend a few hundreds dollars more for a better hotel.Postive: great location for skiing as the gondolas are 5 walk minutes far away and also near to coffee shops for breakfast and dinner etc.

Stay was ok. Staff are unfortunately fairly rude and dismissive. Also not so certain that the rooms with "queen" beds, actually are queen sized. We have a queen bed at home, and the beds in the room were much smaller.Regardless, location is hard to beat.

Nice place to stay while in the village. Barefoot Bistro is great to have a drink. Bartenders are awesome and the bottle sabering is an amazing experience.

Thank you Listel hotel for your kindness and hospitality this past weekend. Your generosity allowed us to be with those who needed us most at a very hard time. Service from check in to check out was perfect. We will be back .

Beds are so comfy! Loved the pillows and duvetRooms a bit old. I saw a few rooms had newer wallpaper. They should redo all the rooms. It made a huge difference!Service great, helpful staff.Location amazing! Near to the stroll, yet far enough from all the noise. The restaurant is somewhat expensive but so good! And you can totally find something affordable if you’re on a budget but want to treat yourself a little. Definitely one of the best in Whistler.
Had a great stay at the listel. The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, some of the best service we’ve had at a hotel before. Cleaning staff was super friendly as well. Rooms were nice, clean and beds were great. Super central, hope to visit again soon.

Very central location, affordable price, fantastic restaurant. The over night parking cost $29, a bit expensive if you ask me. Bed was comfortable and has a small square table with two chairs.

My friend had her Canada Goose jacket stolen from the room. By hotel staff. And management did nothing to help. I do not recommend staying here if you’re bringing any valuables.

Very pleasant hotel in the heart of the village. The only minus is no gym and the hot tub is indoor. Not a big deal but outdoor hot tubs are amazing:)

This location is full of robbers. Their housekeeping will take anything you accidentally leave something behind. The staff, especially the GM and assisting manager are the rudest individuals you will meet in the province. They will make stories and keep you hanging without providing any updates. Ridiculous. If there was an option of no stars, i would select that. They don't even deserve 1 star. Do not stay here.
