This place is easily a 10/10 super good food, super good homemade tartar sauce, delicious deep fried pickles. The workers are all so friendly and perfect spot next to the beach

There’s a few places for fish and chips on the strip in White Rock, but Montgomery’s Cottage Lunch is the best. The cod was excellent, the chips were awesome, not greasy! Great coleslaw. Family owned and operated, and the service was awesome. Best in White Rock!

We ordered a two piece & three piece cod fish & Chips and two hot dogs with homemade tartar sauce. The fish and chips were absolutely delicious, they were crispy on the inside and juicy on the inside. The wait was reasonable and worth it. The staff were friendly and kind. Highly recommend

We arrived right at opening to get some lunch to take home, everything was ready within 10 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The fish and chips were some of the best I've ever had. Everything was packed to go in a handy box that was easy to carry while keeping the fish fresh and crisp!

Montgomery is such a great place to be with family or friends. The whole staff is always smiling and welcoming especially our waiter Sydney! She was such a great help and got our food out hot and fast. We will definitely be back for more amazing Halibut
