I've only visited once. I like the place and would definitely return to try more of their all-vegan food. I had a meatball sub which was tasty, but the marinara sauce was rather bland for my tastes. This was surprising since marinara is already vegan. Otherwise would have been a 5-star review.
This place is amazing. Nice energy, great music. The wait for food can be rather long, but the food is great and it's some of the best vegan food I have ever had. If you are just passing through and you are vegan, this place is a must.
FANTASTIC vegan place. Don't be fooled by the menu everything is vegan and delicious. Everything made in house and available to take some home with you. Like a true deli. They have tons of different options to suit all kinds of needs. Outdoor and indoor seating on nice days. And friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend this place.
Delicious food. The cookies? Holy smokes! Friendly staff. Very happy with my first experience.
Incredible food! Great atmosphere. Totally missing the bacon doughnut though :( should totally come back :) Also order your thanksgiving meal in advance! Don't miss out.

Everything was SO delicious! I ordered a mocha with soy milk and the steak and eggs with avocado. The service was fast and friendly. They have a great casual dining environment and food. The cheesy grits were awesome.
I haven't been here in at least a decade, and I'm happy to say they haven't lost a step in that time. I experienced really fast, helpful service here throughout, and the food was excellent. Figured I could slip in here on a Friday morning to a quiet room, but I was mistaken -- the place was fully seated and bustling, with a few parties waiting for tables. It was nice of them to seat me quickly at a table for two, especially when they could have relegated me to the counter (which would have suited me fine, btw). I ordered the full breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and Acme white toast, all of which was done to perfection. I'm a sucker for hash browns, and these were pleasingly crisp without being greasy, and creamy on the inside.
Very good! Fast service and filling food. Even 1 waffle was enough to fill me up. Coffee was nice and strong too.
Really great food. Had the chicken and waffles, which was good. The Grayson burger was also delicious. Rice noodles were also unique, tasty and worth a try. Place has a cozy, warm feel to it. Usually a 30-45 minute wait.
Great creative menu. Nice choice of options, yet not overwhelming. Quality food. Excellent service.

Interesting Korean fusion but a lot better than other places around Berkeley. The million dollar bacon is something I would try once and not touch again (super greasy and fattening, lots of flavor). I got the burger, which was pretty good. The service was good as well.
Finally! A place with great Korean food I don't have to drive miles and miles for! Went for the classics: fried chicken and galbi. Best I've had in a while. Also added the sampler platter, which was too much food! No complaints though, made an excellent next day meal 😋. Next time we'll be more adventurous in choices!
The food here is awesome. Some many options I went with the frech toast, million dollar bacon plus the coconut latte = a wonderful new comfort food meal. The service for our large party of 14 was great including the pillow for my nephew for the highchair. Will return soon for the pancakes!
This place had some really good food. I split three dishes with three friends. We had KFC, short ribs, and some sort of hamburger over rice. The hamburger was very mediocre, but the other two were well worth it. Good beer to accompany it too. It's a bit high in price for the amount of food you get though, so don't expect to leave with a check under $20.
This place is great! The KFC bowl and salad are highly recommend. The millionaire bacon wonderful. Great selection of beers. A very nice sangria. The chocolate soufflett is great. Go. Now!

Waitress was awesome! Feel bad because I don't remember her name. I think my son was the only kid in there at the time, but she was so sweet and patient. She was good about checking on us. I didn't get the drink I wanted but it was fine since the food was so good. Some things, appetizers, were a little spicy and I usually don't risk it since I have no tolerance but some things were well worth it! Hubby and I want to come back and try their beer flight.
We visited this place on a Monday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised it not too busy. We were greeted and seated in a short time, and walked away very happy with our meal. We got the Mac and cheese balls, and cowboy burger. Both were very well made and were enough to feed 2 people. Overall I would highly recommend this place, and I will be coming again soon!!
The drinks are delicious but good sweet lord is the service the ABSOLUTE WORST. Currently waiting 1+ hour for a burger, and the waiter just handed us our check as if we we had finished (or even started) our meal. Don't come here to eat because it will never happen. You have to take your own order and bring it out to your own table. It's always exciting to see a table that came in an hour after you ordered eat and have drinks before you get your first round of water. Consumer beware. (Also, have I mentioned how delicious the drinks are?!?!)
I would give this place a 10 star if I could. This place was awesome. We LOVED the way it was decorated, such a cool, relaxed feeling. Awesome drinks and awesome food. Hands down, my favorite place visiting Berkeley/San Fran. Great service! I wish we had a place like this in Phoenix.
I had the French dip and the chicken sliders which were great. My biggest complaint has got to be the cocktails. When you walk in they have whiskey lining the walls but my old fashioned was watery. I also tried the milk punch which was definitely not worth the money. Get a craft beer instead.

Delicious burgers. They don't look like anything special, but the ingredients are pretty good. Fries are the squiggly-cut ones, which I personally dislike (not crispy enough). That being said, I would come back for a convenient burger.
Are you kidding? It's Al's Big Burger, even a shiny new menu (relax, it's just the physical menu board, all your faves are still there!) didn't ruin this hometown favorite location. Always get the grilled onions!
Love the burgers here. Grilled over flame heat. Fries okay, onions rings better. I ways all ahead for meal pick up. Have not dined inside place, always return to work.
The charcoal grill smell drifts across half of Albany and it's great. Excellent fries. Not fancy, but definitely classic. I do worry what those grill folks are doing to their lungs though.
Best burgers around especially for price. Friendly staff, but not invasive either. Fries are also excellent.
