The atmosphere loses a star only because it is small. Limited places to sit. Staff is patient, friendly, and accommodating within reason. Needed it as I was babysitting my niece and nephew (7m and 5f).

*this is for the Alameda location *Not only did they forget my fries and not cut my sandwich .It looks like they just threw all the contents in the wrapper and expected the sandwich to assemble itself .This is absolutely disgraceful .

If I could give a lower rating I would. Completely messed up the order and put a ton of hot peppers on a sandwich which was specifically not to have hot peppers. The sandwich was poorly presented and wrapped. Messy and gross. Fries were cold. Been coming here a while but when you pay so much you expect to have the details right. Just trash service here. Blah. Ruined my dinner. Gross

This is my favorite Cheese Steak shop because the y have awesome service, very good fresh hot food, Bob made sure I was happy, and made sure I had everything I wanted, not to mention his friendliness and great attitude. I also want to mention and give a shout out to big Steve, back there making it happen.!! My order was perfect and so was this visit here! Thanks guys! I'll be back.

Ordered LG classic Cheesesteak with American, provolone, grilled onions, Hot AND Sweet Peppers ??️. I live by the beach in San Francisco and the Alameda Location is the ONLY location I’ll go to now!! The one on Divisadero totally skimps on everything now, and the portions are a joke. Kudos to the Staff at that Alameda Location Cheesesteak Shop!! We will be back again soon!!
