Please open at the time posted, some customers don't have the luxury of waiting for you all to set up when yall are running late. The food is good but the service not so

This place gives very small protein portions. The other chipotle in Alameda is much better. You will be highly disappointed

Their water machine was broken for more than three months.I usually eat my lunch here, no water? There should be free water as far as customers can dine in!

Said they close at 11 but already spraying cleaner to wipe down the counter and ran out of chips at 8:15pm. This isn’t the first time. Pretty annoying!

I went in today at 1:00pm. When I walked in, I established that I'm going to have a larger order. Without even asking if I'm ready, the older lady proceeded to try to the get the next person in line for their order even though I stated I was ready. Proceeding that, she began to complain and state how if I wanted to do more than one order, I should've used the app and giving me an attitude. Mind you, I had my child beside me and he witnessed this poor treatment towards us. She then forced the other employee to rush through our orders without even giving us time to consider if the ingredients were correct, which they completely botched our large order and then skimped out on the ingredients. Unacceptable behavior from an establishment as big as Chipotle and nobody deserves that. Beware of an older blonde women taking your order.

Thursday October 26,2023 the bowl was so small it was ridiculous. I complained about it they didn’t make any changes.I Won’t come to that location again.

The server was rushing when it wasn't even busy. There was hair in the white rice serving tray. The other server that labels everything mislabeled the bowls. So half of us were eating steak thinking it was chicken and vise versa. There was also a fruit sticker in one of our bowls. You can't make this up, this Chipotle is terrible. Can't hire competent people to serve and label food properly.

Ask for fajitas, only gave me 5 pieces of pepper. What happened to the portions? And yes, I did pick out the peppers. Service was so bad on a slow day, where's the passion and customer service? Honestly, I'm surprised the Spanish grandma really said she gave me two scoops of fajitas.. man I'm surprised the service is that bad. Thanks, I'll probably stick to Webster Chipotle.

I love chipotle. It's an easy meal that's delicious. However, I was disappointed when my boyfriend surprised me with dinner. I haven't had chipotle in a while, but I don't remember it being this ...scarce Chicken pieces are small and were on the drier side. Brown rice wasn't cooked throughly. Lettuce pieces are kind of wilted and I'm not sure if it's possible but the beans are smaller than what I remember. Cheese is clumpy which means it's been out a while. The bowl is also wayyy small. The bowl wasn't full at all. I remember chipotle giving very large portions and this was no where near a full order. Bf also told me girl serving looked annoyed. lol I guess asking for extra protein warrants an attitude. (He still didn't get the extra scoop)Overall, I love chipotle, but I'd go to a different one. I was excited about chipotle joining Alameda, such a shame. If I'm going to spend $30, I'd at least like for my rice to be cooked.

I usually don't write reviews (let alone bad ones), but I feel like customers need to be aware of how unclean this place is. I asked for a burrito, and they placed the tortilla on a piece of foil, but the foil was so small it covered maybe half of the burrito. Because of this, the ends of the tortilla were exposed to the bare counter and as the individual helping me with my order was adding rice, meat etc., I noticed he was gliding the tortilla across the counter, which was visibly dirty - stray meat, salsa, cheese pieces and it looked like they hadn't wiped the counter down in quite some time. I felt pretty grossed out, but there was a long line behind me so I didn't want to hold everyone up by asking for a brand new tortilla. Instead, I asked if they could add another piece of foil to the bottom to cover the entire tortilla so it wouldn't keep coming into contact with the dirty counter. The first few times I asked, the person looked puzzled, and when he finally got it, he had a look on confusion on his face. I'm pretty grossed out by this experience - by the end of the station my tortilla was dirty from touching all of the old food and bits and pieces on the counter. The fact that it isn't standard practice to use two pieces of foil to cover the entire tortilla is concerning and seems like a potential health hazard. The last time I came here, which was in 2022, I noticed the individuals at the food service stations we're using the same dirty rag to wipe and re-wipe the service counter. I really hope the store works to improve their food hygiene.

Stopped By To Get Some Food With A Few Of My Co-Workes. Keep In Mind I Had Not Visited This Chipote For A Couple Of Years Now.We Arrived Right Before Their Lunch Rush & Did Not Wait In Line For To Long, Granted There Were Only 3 People In Front Of Us. Two Of My Colleagues Orderd Online For A Quicker Pick-Up. Thier Order Was Prepared Incorrectly & Also Missing Items They Paid For!When I Got To The Front I Ordered A Veggie Bowl To Go. An Older Woman That Made My Bowl Scooped Half Of A Full Scoop of Rice, Black Beans & Veggies. I Kindly Asked For More & She Literally Just Used The Tip Of The Spoon To Put More In My Bowl! Those Items Are FREE! Not Sure Why The Portions She Was Scooping Were Extremely Small. My Co-Worker Also, Orderd A Bowl, Same Type Of Tiny Scoops But Asked For Steak In His Bowl. It Was Such A Small Amount That He Asked For Double Steak. Which Almost Looked Like One Full Scoop Of Meat.. ALMOST! There Was A Younger Lady Finishing Up The Bowl & The Older Woman Forgot To Add Letuce As It Was Requested. So She Made An Executive Decision & Told The Younger Lady To Give The Lettuce On The Side! Which Was A Small Plastic Container Which They Use In Case You Want Any Sauce On The Side!I Get It, All The Chipotles Are Company-Owned & Not Franchised. That Alone Should Allow Them To Be Able To Let Their Associates Serve At Least Normal Size Scoops Of Food! The Older Woman That Started Our Order Seemed Very Disgruntled & You Could Tell Right As You Order She Did Not Appear To Be Happy To Help, Much Rather Work There. Hence The One Star On This Review.Recommendations: Better Training & Retraining For All Associates At This Location.Would I Come Back To This Chipotle? Most Likely Not. There Are Plenty Of Others That If You Ask For More You Get More.

Chipotle used to have decent portions but I guess now a days this is how they feed their customers. Barely any meat barely any rice it's just dissapointing I opened this bowl right infront of them after I paid. I could have been confrontational however that's not me. Thanks but no thanks for the service

Skimpy on the protein and salty. When asked if you could get a little more when you’re paying double they deny you. If you find a chipotle that’s not stingy and gives you your money’s worth stick that place.
