No one answers the phone, can't complete an order online or through the app.

Can't order online, no one answers the phone. Over the past two weeks, I've tried to call in to this location and to place an order online. The online order always comes back with an error and says to call the location. When I call, the phone rings a few times, it gets picked up, and...nothing. No one on the other line, no ring tone, just nothing.

They literally never answer the phone. I guess they don't want business. Don't waste your time even calling, make other plans. Super lame.

I would compare taste to little caesar pizza.

We ordered a 40 dollar pizza yesterday (expensive!) and it tasted bad. Old ingredients, hardly any tomato sauce, and way too much canned garlic. It tasted gross. The worker there also had a bad attitude. Little Ceasars is way better and is like ten times cheaper. Don't go here.

This place is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. when I I need a superb dinner, this is the place that comes immediately to my head. outstanding and many types of food and a rich cuisine.courteous staff members, and great atmosphere. In addition to that, the pay is good. I praise this spot with great pleasure.

Ordered a pizza from here. It took forever to arrive. The chicken was out of stock and so was all of the drinks. Lately I have been having nothing but bad experiences with this place.

OK, I'm going to post the SNAIL MAIL letter I just wrote to this business - beware of using their app. "Dear Sir or Madam Last night I used your app to order and pay for pizzas and salad while your store was, apparently, CLOSED. I even got an email confirmation of delivery in 60 minutes. Needless to say, this was a very unfortunate experience. I waited for the pizza, tried calling over and over (no outgoing message telling me you were closed) and finally had to drive over to find your storefront dark. Why would your website confirm delivery when you had nobody working?I sent a complaint in through your website and, honestly, expected a quick apology and refund today, but still haven't heard from you!Please respond with a refund to my husband's credit card. I will never order from you again, though I like your pizza. "Sincerely,UPDATE - I was given a refund via Venmo from the manager. No apology.

Very sad that the quality has gone down since we first tried Extreme Pizza back in August, both in food quality and customer service :( I understand that these places are overwhelmed with business during these tough times, but I would gladly accept waiting longer for a great pizza, than having my pizza come late and be disappointed. I wouldn't say the employees are unfriendly, but they are definitely stressed out, and they don't communicate well, if at all, like letting you know how much longer you'll be waiting once you've arrived. Everything, including you, feel very hurried and rushed, and mistakes are happening, like my side order of Ranch that turned out to be salad vinaigrette :( I should've checked everything before leaving, but also felt like they were very, very busy and didn't want to bother them anymore.We've been here three times and we always order the same pizzas. The first time was awesome! I regret not posting a great review back on August 14th. The second time, a few weeks later was meh; food quality, customer service, and order accuracy were all lacking, but we decided to give it another shot, because maybe it was an off-night. The third time on October 11th was even worse than before! :( Late pizza again that was soggy and missing ingredients :(I'd rather spend $40 at a place where the pizza comes out the same everytime :(

I wanted to try Extreme Pizza in Alameda. But looking at the mixed reviews, and the name "Extreme" suggested a non-traditional pizza.....maybe I might not like it. But you have to try everything at least once right?So along comes DoorDash offering me 50% off any order this weekend. I ordered a Large Yard Sale Pizza, because I really like combination pizzas. Look at the pictures, it's a beautiful combo pizza. The Yard Sale pizza is topped with sausage, pepperoni, salami, olives, onions, tomato, mushrooms, peppers and cheeses. The ingredients and toppings, on a crispy crust made for one tasty pizza. It was slightly dry, but the crust was crisp, not doughy.Service times? 35 mins....Pizza was ordered at 700pm. DD delivered it at 735pm. ( original estimated delivery time was 45-65 mins).{Covid-19 Review: Takeout or Delivery only.}

The pizza was delicious! The pre-determined ingredient combinations are amazing and well chosen. I had the bunny slope and my partner had the green with envy. The service was fast & they even accommodated us right before closing time. Would definitely order again!

Ordered for delivery at 530pm- state's it would take 60 minutes to get the pizza. At 623pm - I get a call from them telling me they are out of wheat crust- would it be ok to make it with regular crust? Seriously- it was supposed to be delivered by 630pm- and you call at 623pm to tell me you're out of what I ordered. I asked how much longer it would be- 25 minutes. So I get to wait an hour and a half for this pizza (a 12 inch pizza for almost $30) that's basically not what I wanted. Yay! Crappy, crappy customer service. I had never ordered from them before and after this I won't ever again.

Looks like Extreme Pizza changed hands recently. Order pizzas a day ahead for a child’s limited time birthday party. Talked with the ( she didn’t want to give her name) Chinese female “manager” and assured us it would be ready at 230pm. No one showed up to the pizzeria until 330pm. The pizza came much later. Instead of apologizing or making amends, gave majo attitude for her grave error. Pizza was too late for the party. Disappointed children. Never going back.
