Me and my wife were here for tourism, and she decided to dine at this restaurant. Just as we parked, a male staff member approached and asked if we were going to the opposite side where an Asian restaurant locates, insisting we couldn't park here. This question made me uncomfortable. I'm not naive; I know people park here only when dining at this place. I wonder if he asked because I'm Asian. I'm curious if white individuals parking here face the same questioning. Won't be returning to this restaurant; maybe not even to this town.

Honestly, I was pressed for cash for the evening and this place didn't fail to deliver on good eats at affordable prices. There are many economically priced options here that won't disappoint the average consumer. Take a chance, you may not be disappointed. ?️
visited drive-thur order was not complete. parked went inside they said it is now correct. drove all the way home. it is still wrong. wife just went back,this will be the 3rd attempt. if anyone shops here ( CHECK YOUR BAG) before

Service was good, service was prompted. The French fries could have been fresh (semi room temp) Pass the holding time. The tables were greasy and food particles from previous customers. They should be sanitizing tables evert 30 to 45 minutes or periodically checking on the the dining room area.

There is a new person who works late nights, a woman, who is rude and condescending. She presumes that a request outside the standard order (for instance, requesting additional sauces) must be met with derisive declaration of "policy" that an additional charge is required...without bothering to give any benefit of the doubt that a customer would not necessarily have a problem paying the additional fee before she adopts a "high horse" attitude. Recently, when returning my credit card after processing it for payment, rather than hand it to me, she placed on the ledge outside the drive through window, and after a few minutes finally bothered to announce that she had placed it there. She seems to go out of her way to make that very brief encounter as hostile and uncomfortable as possible.I am a very regular customer at that franchise, and by and large the service has been pleasant with every other staff I've encountered...except her. I haven't quite decided how I will resolve this issue - except that I may find it necessary to be willing to go out of my way to drive an additional distance to a different Jack-in-the-Box...her attitude is that intolerable for me.
