me and my friend went here and it turns out that they didn’t accept bills over $20, but we only had a $50 bill and roughy 6 dollar bills. the cashier was so kind and understanding that she accepted our dollar bills but still made us each a drink. we didn’t get her name but she’s actually the sweetest ???? highly recommend the mango-a-go-go and peanut butter moo’d!!

Terrible service. No one greeted us when we walked in. Worker refused to make my FRESH ginger shot. They tried giving me presqueezed juice from the morning that has been sitting out for hours. I asked nicely twice if they could make it fresh and the girl told me no. Ended up getting a refund and left. From a former Jamba Juice general Manager you shouldn’t refuse to make a fresh shot just because you already cleaned the machine. I came in HOURS BEFORE they were going to close. Just lazy. Mind you, my friend and I were the ONLY customers in the store. I also reached out to Jamba support over a week ago and no one bothered to reach out to me.

I came in at 7:48 and the workers told me they were closed when online and the sign on the door said 8pm closing time. I used to work at this Jamba Juice and I gotta say, that's ridiculous to close 10 minutes earlier. Worst service I've seen from a Jamba Juice employee

Leaving this review hoping someone will see it and send feedback to the company.I’m not sure if the item changed or if this is just a bad batch, but I always get the Cheddar Tomato Twist and lately it’s extremely dry with almost no tomato sauce or cheese. It’s very different from the usual how it was before and I don’t think I can keep ordering it anymore. For the past 3 weeks it’s been like this, kinda sad tasting.Not a review of the staff whatsoever, just the product change.

Service was poor. Ordered a protein smoothie and the employee made it watery, asked her for another other and it was so thick and not drinkable. I'm not sure there is good supervision of how staff make smoothies. I have been coming to Jamba for years, but not returning to this location.

Smoothies are by far the simplest drinks to make how do you have these big chunks left over? The pictures explains it all

I ordered an orange c booster and a turkey sausage wrap. As Im picking up my order, the lady is sealing my bag. I told her she can leave it open ( I was going to check for hotsauce since they often forget ). She says no shes not allowed to, and continues to seal it. Thats fine, so I asked her is theres hot sauce in there and she said yes. I went to my car. I search for hot sauce, and theres no hot sauce. I walk back and ask for hotsauce. I got it, and left. Im back in my car and took one bite, and realized the wrap is 80 percent cold ( few warm spots). I took another bite and it was a completely cold bite. Now I didnt walk back in again, as I need to continue my day. That worker clearly doesnt care about the customer, but im not here to point that person out. I just hope management does a better job at making sure the workers do their job right. Im not coming back to this location again though. Peace

Most of my visits have been beyond pleasant.Super clean place, fast and great costumer service.Highly recommend signing up for their Jamba rewards programs build up your points and get many discounts !!!!
