I just drove by and saw the store is closed! I'm so sad about that. Every time I have eaten here pre and during Covid and the food and service were always delicious and top quality. Hope they can reopen in the future.

I'm so sad they closed down... their food was so good! I hope when the COVID-19 pandemic is over that they open another restaurant somewhere. I would be willing to make the trip to where ever they open up if it's outside of Alameda. Thanks for all the great and delicious food.

I'm so sad they have closed!! I ate here 2 weeks ago, my favorite is their a beef Sate noodles. It's like a coco-nutty lemon-grassy flavor with lots of soft cuts of beef. Where else can I get this flavor now!!? Someone please tell me! Today my husband went and saw them disassembling everything. This is just so sad. I wished everyone supported them more during the pandemic so they could stay in business. I'm so sad!!

Great food and great takeout service! We ordered lemongrass tofu with vermicelli and chicken with vermicelli. Both were fantastic! Very flavorful and fresh. Look forward to going back!

Ordered the chicken pho. It was delicious and served quickly. The staff was very accommodating. We will be back.

This restaurant's marketing is ON-POINT! They have t-shirts and all kinds of things with their name on it. It's great. Here's the scoop on the food though: It left a funny taste in my mouth. I order the Pho ga with beef broth (just how I like it) and the egg roll appetizer. I don't know which one left the funny taste, but one of them did. The aftertaste stayed for about eight hours. Also, the appetizer says it comes with 7 egg rolls, which is not a lie. The problem, they are these tiny, overly fried egg roll bites, which is a little deceptive. Of course, no one needs 7 full-size egg rolls, but why don't they call it like it is: 7 tiny egg roll bites, so people know what they're going to get. That is all. Give it a try. See what you think. Maybe even buy a t-shirt?!

I order pho and long story short I've never gotten so little broth. Nobody uses this size container but this place and it's not even full, I poured it into a measuring cup and it was a cup and a quarter. That's like a can of Campbell's soup. They don't even offer size options.I called to complain the guy just listened then said ok and hung up. They won't last long being cheap with salt water, it's literally just water.

This review is for takeout food during the COVID-19 restrictions. Decided to come here about 2 weeks ago because we were craving Vietnamese food. I had a positive experience before having dined here for lunch. I called confirming that they were open and placed my order. I ordered the following: grilled chicken with steam rice, grilled pork with vermicelli noodles and egg rolls. (*It's cheaper to call in order) My order was ready within 30 minutes when I went to pick it up. I'm happy to say that upon getting home everything was delicious! Good portions and reasonably priced. No complaints whatsoever will return again!

The chicken here is fire. Great service and very polite. To the privileged idiot Khue complaining how he hates that there is a tip jar at the counter, calm down child. Tipping 15% when you dine-in isn't something you do because you feel like it.

Made Pho You is open again! They have a great team, the food is so fresh - it's apparently created based on family recipes. Slight menu modifications due to this is their first week as part of the beginning of our Phase 2. A new item is garlic noodles which after I eat (just took out), I'll try to remember to write a followup. Glad they are back! Support our local small businesses!

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Alameda! The people who run it are the nicest people ever and every dish I’ve had here is always delicious. In particular, I love their Saté noodle soups and their hen w/ turmeric rice (don’t forget to add an egg and egg rolls to the order)!

Best pho in Alameda! Just don’t use Postmates, they are not honest with the customers or the restaurant.
