Go in with the expectation of getting the Subway/Chipotle equivalent for Poke and you'll be quite satisfied. Hits the the spot, inexpensive, kind customer service and each meal comes with either free iced green tea, shrimp chips, or miso soup.Their spicy tuna is a little devoid of sauce or spice, so you'll need to ask them to add more if your expecting a normal/any amount of spice.

It was around closing time for them, I showed up for some poki. It was pretty empty inside. Most people showed up for pickup only..I had the large size poki, which came with 5 scoops of protein. Even though it said large size, the portion was actually pretty small, mainly because each scoops were extremely small. I had the salmon, tuna, hamachi, octopus, and possibly spicy tuna. I don't actually remember if the dishes were good LOL, but I remember the washabi cream sauce and whatever sauce that they used, possible a spicy aioli were so weak in flavor.On the other hand their Jasmin milk tea ($5) was pretty creamy, and tasty.I don't remember how much the entire meal was, but I remember the portion was really small, and the flavor was weak. Definitely not coming back for the poki.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I ordered through uber eats and I must say I'm impressed.I got a poke bowl with scallops, ahi tuna, spicy crab salad, edamame, avocado, corn, kimchi, and mango. I also ordered 2 spam musubi. The bowl was nice size and had generous portion of everything. My only complaint was that I like my ahi tuna a little more on the raw side and it was fully cooked. But overall it was pretty tasty.

So delicious! I ordered a poke bowl with salmon, shrimp, tuna, brown rice, and edamame. Plus chicken pot stickers, and a pineapple mango smoothie. AMAZING! The delivery was a bit early - major plus right there.The food was beyond delicious. I should've ordered spicy sauce, but that was my bad.Easy to order, quick delivery, and very tasty.Win-win

What we ordered : a regular size (3 scoops) salmon and tuna bowl with avo What we expected based on experiences at many other Poké places around the oakland area : a bowl big enough for us to share with yummy fresh raw fish and avo cut up. What we got : the tiniest bowl I've ever seen with COOKED salmon only and a whole half of an avo not cut up at all! Everything was mushy and seemed old like they just used what was left over from before Covid happened. Don't go here for poke bowls.

This is my preferred poke bowl place in Alameda. I never have an issue with poorly cut fish like some other place in town. They have a good offerings on toppings and sauces. They also include free miso or iced tea. I also like that they have three sizes to choose from, and also have other snacks available. Their mango 101 drink is also tasty!

This is a covid 19 delivery review of Poki Lab. My brother decided to order Poki Lab when he put in popcorn chicken on DoorDash and Poki Lab came up. He did some research on Yelp and went for it. Damn, the popcorn chicken is probably the best I've had in Northern California.. But let me be clear, Southern California has the BEST. Anywho, the chicken is excellent, that we've gotten it more than once. The boba is mediocre, I wouldn't get it unless I was really craving and this was convenient. We both tries the Milk Cow. I also tried the Poke on another occasion. It's decent. It was good, and the miso soup is a nice touch, but I've had better. Again, the POPCORN CHICKEN

I ordered Poki Lab a few weeks ago from a food delivery app because that was the only poki place near me doing delivery. Also as a bonus, they make milk tea as well, so I'm killing 2 birds with 1 stone! I got a poke bowl with 3 scoops of fish, which I believe is the smaller option. It came with a miso soup and I added a taro milk tea. The poke bowl was actually very filling despite getting the smaller option. One thing that I did notice is that the salmon had a slight gritty texture to it; it wasn't as smooth as I would like. The highlight of my meal was the taro milk tea because they used real taro; you can tell by the starchiness in the drink.

I hate to be the one to leave a one star review, but my poke bowl was NOT worth the price whatsoever. The small bit of salmon I received was extremely low in quality and tasted like mush, I ended up having to eat around it. The veggies I got were fresh, but maybe got a teaspoon of each...I understand things are tough with the budget cuts, but I was left just as hungry as I was before eating the poke bowl. Edit: I would love to hear from the owners, as I can easily change my review if given a better meal. It saddens me to not see that they do not care enough to fix this.

I stopped by here for a bowl to-go and I was pleasantly surprised! The fish is fairly fresh and if you get the large you get a free iced tea or miso soup. They have a variety of toppings and are generous with their portions. Not bad at all and it hits the spot!

We always order the 5-cup protein bowl (each person) and I eat it over two servings and add extra greens each time. Everything is really good here and the delivery plating is thoughtful. Super consistent and clean - and you can order bubble tea while you're at it (it's pretty good - no need for a separate Doordash order!). I would highly recommend this place - I usually order two teas so I have one for the next day!
