It's starbucks. What else is there to say? Whether you're looking for something hot or cold, coffee or tea, this is the best place to go for quality. I also recommend downloading their app to earn rewards for free coffee or for some free merchandise. 10/10Dietary restrictions: They have many different options for everybody's food choices.Kid-friendliness: Non caffeine drinks are available as well as fantastic breakfast options for the whole family wether you want sweet, salty, savory...... it's all here!

I like Starbucks. And this one has employees that will happily serve you whatever thing you want to drink. Starbucks prices to me are ridiculous, but at least I get the consistency that I want from the products. I'm unable to get to this store as often as I used to. But when I do come here, I still get the same courteous service. Parking is easy in the big parking lot, snacks are fresh, and the Wi-Fi works great.

This is a very poorly run team. The manager usually looks like she is about to scream at all the staff and as a result they are all scrambling to do their role, but aren’t working as a team to be most efficient. Someone should really come in and retrain the management because this situation isn’t going to get better on its own.

Quality/Quantity - Wanted to get an afternoon boost of coffee, but after "fighting" with the bathroom light and losing, I left without getting anything. This is a location I rarely frequent and today's experience reinforces that.Current holiday promotions, see picture.Atmosphere - Nice indoor and outdoor seating. Even on a cold day like today, there were still people sitting outside. Shared parking with Walgreens; it used to be crazy busy trying to get a parking space here. In the past, when the students from COA, College of Alameda, used to hang out here, bad people used to come and do laptop runs. They would run into Starbucks and grab their laptops and run away, usually to a car waiting for them. I hope that negative culture is gone.Open 7 days a week from 5:30am or 6am to 7pm; see picture of posted hours.Also see the picture of the posted holiday sign.Need a code for the bathrooms, and today the lights did NOT work. The employee said push the button... Duh! We checked both bathrooms and neither lights work. Good thing for flashlights on our phones!Service - Poor, none. I don't love Starbucks coffee, but I get it occasionally for the convenience. this particular store has been incredibly slow every time I go. I had to wait 10 minutes for an Americano today.

This location is a trash fire. I've been waiting 20 plus minutes so far this morning for one standard drink ordered via the app a long time ago. There are at least 10 - 15 people waiting at the pick up counter here. Some have been here longer than me. Update-- over 30 minutes after my order was placed I finally got a drink that was definitely NOT a white chocolate mocha. It tasted like a latte, was not sweet, no chocolate, no whipped cream, and was just very bland milk. The ratios were wrong and the key ingredients were missing. Shane helped me with the refund, and was helpful. Agreed this location is a disaster. I've been here before and ordered dark roast in the ams-- about half the time they just give me whatever roast they have but don't tell me unless I ask (is this dark roast? No, we were out, we gave you blonde, or an americano-- espresso with water). They make substitutions without notifying or asking you. If you come here prepare to wait-- and taste or check your drink before you leave.

This Starbucks location is poorly managed! Ciera the "manager" is the worst! and her employees are definitely following suit, she has zero customer service skills and needs to be replaced!Unfortunately, when my go to starbuckes is busy ive had to visit this awful store. Today, I had no choice but to go to this store for coffee because the other one that i go to on my way to work was closed, I INSTANTLY regretted it. ONE person in front of me and it took 8-10 minutes just to order, keep in mind there were 7 people behind the counter including Ciera the " " manager. Not one person apologized for the wait nor did they open the other register. I walked to the side and asked (silvia) one of the workers if she could ask someone to open and mentioned that i had been waiting over 5 minutes so far ( again only one person in front of me) she listend to me and walked away! blatantly disregarding anything i had just said, she never said anything to her coworkers or management. Still waiting (8 minutes) with customers now behind me complaining..... i stepped to the side and complained to the manager (Ciera) i explained how long i had been waiting and my interaction with her employee (Silvia) she showed ZERO empathy, never apologized never asked anyone else to open!!!! and said " I will talk to them". She is a disgusting excuse for management and either needs training or to be fired. I finally was able to order after almost 10 min, the guy with black fingernail polish asked for my order , never apologized for the wait.. Nothing!! I then asked for the District Managers name and number ( Kevin Hogg 925.451.0928) I called and left a msg as well as filed a complaint with the corp office 800.782.7282. I love my starbucks but i will deal with a caffeine headache before ever spending 1 cent in this disgusting place!

This Starbucks is consistently inefficient and slow. In the hopes of picking our order up quickly and getting to work on time, I placed my pick up order 30 minutes in advance. I arrived at the pick up time and none of my items were ready. I don't waited 10 minutes and there was still nothing made. There were 10 employees working, some of whom were standing around talking and doing nothing. This isn't a one off, it's a constant. It's better just to go to Peet's across the street.

Friendly servers and good service. Their equipment has been out of service in the long-term so they don't offer the full Starbucks menu. The store hours are always changing and unpredictable.
