You can never EVER go to subway or seven eleven without the workers having a broken English Indian accent! This is SOOOO TEDIOUS AND INCONVENIENT WHEN THEY DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE EVEN SAYING! They should hire teens that could use a part time job or people with good English to come work here! RIDICULOUS!!!!

I used to like going to Subway, but after my last order which was about a month or 2 months ago, I was disappointed. I had ordered from this location, I ooked it up online and it said it was open so I made an online order and my pick up was around 5:40pm. I came to the store at that time only to see that it's closed..... subway took my money and I haven't been back since.

Nice service and staff here! I’m a Subwayer, most other Subway I went to always overcharge for just a 6-in sandwich. This place always offer good promotions and staff are superbly friendly and attentive. Recommend!

This subway needs more staff, if you can't hire please give franchise to someone else. It's always so frustrating. One person works extra hard, but she has no support. You can't use app- only works half time. Online orders get delayed. There is a huge line that takes forever. I like subway. It shouldn't be this way. Please hire more people.

I normally have a good experience at subway but not this one. The sandwiches were good but the employee kinda tried to play me. She charge me reg ular price when after 4pm their two for 12.99. First she didn't offer the receipt with my purchase I had to ask for it. 2nd when I noticed the discrepancy in the charges and brought it to her attention she then took a defensive approach and said "you have to tell me ahead of time." That didn't make sense. I never have to remind ANY Subway employees anywhere AFTER 4pm to not charge me full price. They ALL KNOW that. But it made sense why she kept trying to striking up that personal conversations to distract me. She then at the very asked me if I wanted to be charged correctly... like duhhhhhh...but I didn't even reply I just left. If you shop here make sure to check your receipts.

So I ordered 3 sandwiches online ( 2 meatballs and 1 Italian hero). Went to pick them up, got home and when I opened the sandwiches, oh boy!!! What a surprise! Meatball sandwiches had no sauce at all!!!! The meatballs were completely dry!!! Both of them!!!. The I opened the Italian hero and guess what? There was no meat in the sandwich at all!!! It was supposed to have 3 different types of meat. So I called the store and told them the sandwiches were not what I have ordered. I go to the store and the lady working there tells me that it was her first day!. I mean I get it, first day, you feel nervous, that's fine, but you would think that someone would've trained her before leaving her by herself at this location, but I guess they don't care about properly training their staff. So when I asked her about the meat for the Italian hero sandwich she tells me: " I don't know which meats are supposed to go in that sandwich", so I go ahead and tell her and guess what?, she looks around and then tells me: " we don't even have those meats at this location". She even calls "the manager" regarding not having the meats for this sandwich and the manager couldn't care less about! So, what the hell is going on at this location??? Then the lady tells me, well, I could make you a different sandwich, and I'm like, ok, fine. The catch was, I paid $9 for that footling sandwich and the lady wanted to make me a sandwich that it's worth $6! So I'm like, ummm no! The age says well I could also give you a cookie for free! At that point I didn't know if I should just laugh or leave and get my money back. After this incident, there's no f****** way I'm going back to that location ever again! What a trip! Not worth my time, money or my business!

Ordered for pick up, 3 footlong sandwiches ( 2 meatball and 2 Italian hero). My surprise was that when I got home and opened the sandwiches they have screwed them all up! How? Meatball sandwiches had no marinara sauce at all!!!! Not even a drop, it almost looked like the meatballs were cleaned with a towel or something, the Italian hero sandwich it’s supposed to have 3 different types of meats, what do I get? A freaking meatless sandwich!!! Unbelievable!!! I go back to the store and the lady there tells me she doesn’t know how to make the sandwiches because it’s her first day there! It’s unbelievable that she was left there by herself without being properly trained making food! I’m never going back to this location on park street! It’s a waste of time and money. Much rather go to the location on southshore even tho it’s a little farther for me! Subway on park street SUCKS!!! DONT GO THERE!!!

Order ahead and came to pickup and saw employees not wearing a mask or not wearing them properly. Asked for a refund and they had the audacity to offer me to remake the sandwich. No thanks. Never coming back. This is why this country is so bad at this crisis. Lack of information/education and people aren't doing their part. See y'all in 2022

I may disagree with the majority of reviewers here, but I'm really happy with this Subway. The restaurant is clean, and there's hardly ever a line so I can get what I need during my lunch break and be back in the clinic with plenty of time to eat before my next patient.I believe the owner is Indian and they + the other employees have always been nice. This Subway doesn't accept all the online / app coupons, so be ready for that. However, they have all the regular specials (daily footlong, cookies deal, etc) so that is totally fine with me.I usually come in when there's a deal for an oven roasted chicken breast footlong on wheat. The employees always honor my 'lots of spinach' request, and take their time while keeping everything professional.I'd recommend this business thoroughly!

Only one staff working with seven people in line. Took 25 minutes just to place the order! What's worse is she was extremely rude! I asked for extra pickles and olives and she said she already did! There were four pickles and four Olive slices total on a footlong sandwich! I again asked for more and she refused! I love Subway sandwich but I will never ever be back to this location! Throws the water cup at you, no receipt, no bag, no napkins! Take note Subway chains!

The worst server and the chicken teriyaki is spoiled. Waste of money. Try other local restaurants instead. The lady works there is so rude and treat u like sh!t.
