Go to Safeway next door for your sandwich needs. They make great sandwiches and won't ever say they don't take credit cards because their machines are broken. And then on top of that after accepting coupons for years, they no longer accept it. I guess you no longer want to accept customers either.

Since COVID started and the gyms are closed I have taken to running. I plan my routes around Bay Farm Island to finish up at the shopping center. Once or twice per week I stop at this Subway and order a small sandwich for lunch. When I ask for a glass for water lately they've been telling me they "don't have water glasses" and will need to charge me for a soda cup. Usually the staff members just give me a cup anyway, but sometimes I get some servers who just want to stick to the "rules" and won't give me a cup without paying for a soda.I guess the ownership is in the habit of throwing away regular customers over a paper cup costing what 1 cent??I am considering going over to the Safeway and getting a 100 pack of plastic cups and handing them out to the Subway so that they will have cups for me.But perhaps I will just get lunch at the corporate giant Safeway and watch the little guy Subway franchisee go out of business due to poor customer service.Sandwiches are fine but I need water after running several miles, and I don't want to pay $2.39 for it.

Covid health risks here. Last month I noticed that the person making the sandwiches and in the back we're not wearing masks. They were down on their neck and not covering either their mouth or their nose. I pointed out that they were around food and needed to do so. I also reported it to Subway corporate.Unfortunately came back again today and the person working in the back was doing the same thing. Mask covering neither mouth nor nose. I asked for them to put on their mask. Did not at first. Had to ask a second time. So the person in the back making the bread was doing so without the recommended adequate protection.I am profoundly disappointed that they are endangering me and my family. Especially after advising them last month of the issue

Awful Service!! Went in to order a sandwich. No one waiting but I had to wait until the employee finished chatting up his girlfriend before helping me. The amount of cheese for a foot long was only 4 pieces (1/2) rather than 8 and turkey half. Then the man yells at me saying only cash when I go to pay. Who carries cash now with COVID 19. So I left and they can enjoy the sandwich. Doesn't even deserve one star.

Sandwich was good. Staff was friendly. Location was beautiful. I just didn't like how all the meats and veggies looked. They didn't look very fresh and my bread was very stale. But it IS a Subway, so I don't expect fine dining. 4 stars though. 👌

I like going to Subway, but this one has to be the worst one I have been to. Today I went in and ordered the six inch Cold Cut Combo that was $2.99. I had a $2.00 reward to use that expired today. I applied the coupon and scanned the app when being rung up and I said I would like to use the credit card on the app and I just got a blank stare from the lady and she mumbled something as well. Then when I tried to scan the app again she said I cannot use the $2.00 reward on that purchase. If I do it through a mobile order it will work, so I was lied too and I probably didn't earn any tokens for my purchase.

Came in today with my daughter and we had two coupons for us. Apparently it's ONE coupon per person/customer and apparently my daughter is NOT considered as a person or customer!? The Indian lady was also super rude when I was trying to plead my case. I left the coupons on the counter, told them to have a nice day and walked out. Both employees gave me a look like I was a criminal lol. FU with your customer service Togo's is right across the street anyway. P.S I've noticed every review is bad and has to do with the rude Indian lady, she is clearly the owner cause you should of been fired by now. We all can't be wrong YOU ARE.

I was getting vegetables wrap which are like always full of vegetables from this location. Then I got one yesterday and they only put in a little bit. It didn't even make a full wrap it wasn't worth one penny I paid for it. I will never go back again it was totally not worth the money so disappointed

Order By App/Online...Orders are "Good To Go" and Accurate...!!! Let me start by saying, I don't expect much from any "fast food" place, for the price, the bar is not set very high, so if I get what I feel is "value", it's ALL GOOD....I have no complaints with this Harbor Bay locations...all sandwiches ordered are prepared accurately, with fresh ingredients, ability to order in advance so there's never a long way to pick up, plus a decent "rewards program"...AND, friendly, professional service when I show up...so WHAT....I'm easy to please and be back when I need a "simple" sandwich fix...!!!
