I recently came across a video depicting an unfortunate incident where an employee used a racial epithet towards a customer. The behavior exhibited is deeply disturbing, reflecting a complete lack of decorum and customer service standards. I strongly believe that swift action should be taken by management to address this issue and ensure a more respectful environment for customers.

This Subway location have went downhill. I would always come here for lunch and I used to love coming here, but it has gotten worse. I notice the lady who makes my sandwich is always stingy with adding the veggies toppings. I got a sandwich today and she barely put any olives or jalapeños in my sandwich. A few times in the past when I would visit this location, the staff members would sometime not know what they're doing. It just look bad and unprofessional for this location.

Don't fall for those mailer coupons at this location! They're great to get you to walk in the door but somehow their computer never works when it's time to redeem the coupon! Save your coupons for another location!

Avoid eating here!I walked in to get a sandwich only to see an employee handle a trash bin covered in grime and stains with her bare hands and then proceeded to the small sink in the sandwich line area to rinse her hands with water for 3 seconds, and then make a sandwich.I confronted her and told her I saw her not use soap, and she could make people sick after handling a trash can with her barehands (fly eggs, feces, bacteria). She denied it and said she washed her hands with soap although I watched her the entire time.Alameda heath inspection needs to come check this place and watch the camera recordings to ensure employees are actually washing their hands properly.

Husband wanted a subway sandwich. We stopped in, and he ordered the foot long steak sandwich on whole wheat. The sandwich was okay. Employee was helpful.

I'm so disappointed, I've been wanting subway for several weeks already. I finally decided to order for lunch today. For starters I Ordered foot long grilled chicken with pepper Jack on a toasted Hearty multi gram bread. Paid extra for bacon $2.00 and pepperoni $1.79. Regular veggies and mayo. I also ordered a few other things.I get my order for pick up at 12:05pm today. I bring it home. Open it up and the sandwich was NOT toasted. I was upset but was like what ever. I'm not a big cheese person, so I typically order only pepper Jack. Once I buy into it the taste was horrible. The cheese was thick and nasty, I do not know what kind of cheese this was. I'm assuming it was provolone, I did not like it at all. On top of the sandwich not being toasted and the cheese not being the correct one, a huge glop of mayonnaise was in the center of the sandwich and not on the bread. This was just a horrible experience overall. My lunch was ruined.

Didn't think it was possible but, I've found the slowest sandwich place in the world.Did a mobile order 25 minutes beforehand to save time and still had to wait 30 mins after the estimated pickup time. 7 customers who arrived after I came in were served before they even started making my order. The place was actually empty when I came in too.55 minutes.... 3 sandwiches... New record. Atleast it was made well I guess.EDIT: got home to see they made the wrong sandwich and gave me a 6 inch instead of a foot long :/
New menu has great options and ordering is quick. Always fresh ingredients. Don't like the new Italian Herb & Cheese bread as much as before but still delicious. Toasting is the only way to go. Staff changes often but always pleasant,clean and hard working.

This is another greedy subway that skimps out on the meat of the sandwiches. The last 3-4 times I've been here, I get a mayonnaise sandwich instead of a steak and cheese like I ordered online. I filed a complaint with the corporate office because it shouldn't be this way.

This is my go to stop for lunch almost every afternoon. You literally cannot go wrong with any of their bacon sandwiches. I'm a creature when it comes to food, so I always get the Egg & Cheese with a cookie. So good! And the multigrain bun is delicious. Their impossible cheesesteak sandwich is also a yummy option.
