What a cute little place!! The staff was super friendly, and their cakes were delicious! We tried their tres leches and the vanilla and pear. Wow! The tres leches was so moist and the vanilla and pear was fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. Can't wait to try their other flavors!
That exciting "YES" moment, when you discover a new dessert shop that is affordable, cute, and have quality items... only to realize a week later that "OH NO", I am coming here too frequently. Wallet is slimming down while the love handles are growing lovelier. Although I don't live in Alameda, I frequent it because it's a lot easier to find restaurants and park along Webster than it is to navigate downtown Oakland.
