This place is better than the always crowded In n Out across the way and has better burgers and fries IMO. Tables are always clean and the service is fast and great.

Typically don't write reviews but possible fraud and lack of hygiene just can't be let go. Went in there with 2 kids looking for fries. Order 2, and waited for our order. Even though we were the only ones we waited 10 minutes finally see our fries done but no one would pack it up, sits there another 10 while cashier takes orders and after seeing him handle cash for the last 10 minutes grabs our fries and sticks it in the bag without washing his hands and had no gloves - contact with fries. That's gross. I ask the General Manger - Alejandro for another set of fries and he said this is how they handle the fries, again cashier handling cash and afterwards without washing hands or gloves will have his fingers in contact with the fries. Habit Burger policy. Alright. I'm with my kids idk give me a refund, I hand him my credit card and he explains that Habits Burger kiosk orders can't be refunded and that the ONLY WAY was to write down my credit card information and refund me later. He then copies down information without my permission and when i ask to see what he wrote down he would not show me. Now I gotta take addition steps. I'm just getting fries for my kids. Thanks Bad Habit.

One of the worst experiences i've ever had . Went in for a shake , got charged just for the manager to tell me the machine doesnt work . I asked for a refund & they said it would take 3-5 business days but they would need my name & phone number . This happened once before & i never got my refund . She gave me a gift card with a balance of $6 , i paid $6.19.. not that im worried about the 19 cents or the 6 dollars for that matter but just really disappointed at how it was handled . I left with my gift card , handed it to a customer that was coming in , hopefully they dont reflect the same terrible service . Will never be coming back & will never recommend this place .

I ordered a sandwich without tomato, when I get my order it has a tomato on my sandwich, she said when I ordered my sandwich I should have put no tomato I did select No Tomato! Then she goes on to say next time don't order from the kiosk because it didn't put it on the receipt. When the receipt clearly says none for tomatoNever going back here! I'm allergic to tomatoes and I don't play when it comes to my allergies

I should've listened to a podcast, waited patiently in the In&Out drive through line and enjoyed my hot, fresh and guaranteed to be tasty food. You can never go wrong with In&Out. But you can certainly go absolutely wrong at Habit. Cold fries, sorry and soggy/cold burger and certainly no flavor. Their version of bacon, is what seems to be bacon bits. lol. Just whack, all around. Patience is a virtue. Lesson learned.

I work in the area and have come here a few times . However my last experience was poor , purchased a burger with fries and drink . I asked for no tomatoes but yet still received tomatoes in my burger . No big deal I thought , just removed it out of burger . But my fries seemed to be a bunch from the bottom of the bag . A lot of hard crunch/ burnt pieces. So I asked for a new fries and the manager looked at me as if I was crazy and told me he can't control which fries I get . I proceed to ask him what his name is and he told me "I don't need to know his name ' , poor customer service and I will be sure to tell my clients not to come
