I used to really love this place but the last two experiences have been OFF. Walked into an empty restaurant and was seated by the main chef guy right behind the register. He proceeded to let us know that there was a reservation coming at 5pm just to let us know, it was 4pm so in my mind I’m thinking hopefully we get served quickly. More people came and were sat without being told about the reservation. So we started wondering why we were the only ones who were kinda getting rushed out of there? Close to 5pm when we left and there was no sign of a large reservation party coming. Food was overwhelmingly salty this time as well and our pizza was undercooked. I won’t be going back. Felt like a very rude experience.

I have had the pleasure of dining at Trabocco Kitchen and Cocktails since they first opened, and I feel compelled to share what a fantastic experience it has been. Owned and operated by Giuseppe and Christine Naccarelli, this restaurant sets a high standard for fine dining. The moment you walk in, you're welcomed by an atmosphere that is at once elegant and relaxed, making you feel right at home. The thoughtful interior design is eye-catching and comfortable, creating the perfect backdrop for lunch or a night out.The service here deserves a standing ovation. The team is always friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable, providing exceptional service without ever hovering. They give great recommendations and are attentive to your needs throughout the meal, contributing to a flawless dining experience.Moving on to the cuisine, every dish I've tried was a hit. The freshness of the ingredients really shone through, and it was clear that a lot of passion and expertise went into the preparation of the food.Trabocco Kitchen and Cocktails is a breath of fresh air in an age where dining out can feel routine. The attention to detail is evident, and the Naccarellis have created something special. This combination of elements – ambiance, service, and exquisite food – makes the restaurant a must-visit.A huge thank you to everyone at Trabocco for always making my visit enjoyable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would urge anyone to go. You're in for a treat that's much more than just a meal—it's a celebration of taste and hospitality.Rating: 5 stars – Recommend!

This is the place. Fresh made pasta. An owner who stops by and checks in on the tables. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Trabocco is our "Go To" spot when we celebrate special occasions or when we want to treat ourselves to outstanding food, service, and ambiance. Whether we are in their cocktail lounge or in the restaurant, the level of service and quality of food and drink is outstanding. Trabocco's menu has a wide variety of offerings that will make everyone happy and the prices are surprisingly modest for the high quality of the meals. All in all Trabocco is an incredible dining experience.

Great place for a nice lunch in Alameda. Celebrating the birthday of a dear friend. Super helpful server, leading us through the many choices. The chef prepared a special platter with a slice of birthday cake, 2 candles, & happy birthday written in chocolate. What's not to like? And did you know Chef can sing as well??!

Beautiful restaurant and attentive staff. Unfortunately the food didn't quite hit the mark. Lamb skewers were tasty but very small and half the plate was filled with plain sliced bread. The salmon special was overcooked and dry. The sage butter ravioli was decent but not amazing. Felt like chain restaurant quality.

We love Trabocco. The food is always outstanding. We usually celebrate our birthdays, anniversary, and other special occasions. We were in the outdoor area where there was a family of about 8 adults with two little kids who would scream at the top of their lungs. I realize little kids don't know the difference; but, is there a way to teach parents that when they are in a nice restaurant that their kids need to use their "inside" voices? Usually, our outdoor experience is fine.

Unlike many restaurants, the staff seem genuinely happy to be there. The food is consistently excellent. It is however a noisy environment - at times conversation was very difficult.

We were greeted by a lady who seemed overwhelmed. But we were promptly seated inside as requested. The waiter was pretty good. The food was plentiful, and it was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was delicious as usual and it was busy for lunch so a bit slow but we enjoyed our meal. Fried calamari, lasagne, fettuccine bolognase, salmon Mediterranea, and spaghetti de Trabocco were delish and we shared a tiramisu
