On 11/03/23 I placed an online order for pick up. Once I walked in I was greeted as if I was a burden. I then gave my name, then a bag was tossed on the counter with the cashier saying here. I then proceeded with checking my order. I then noticed my fries weren't fries, just left over scraps of fries that were scooped from the fryer. I then proceeded to ask for assistance from the young man that threw the bag on the counter and asked for a new batch of fries. I was then questioned "why?" "Whats wrong with them?" I had explained that they were left over fries from the fryer, I was met with attitude and eye rolls and being spoke about to his other Co workers as "he's complaining about his fries", "he wants knew fries". As they spoke about me I stood there directly a foot away, as all the workers glared at me, rolling their eyes and said why can't he just wat these fries, why is he complaining as if I did not just pay for the food with my hard earning monies. I am a paying customer that had a minor issue with the food I had purchased. I wasn't aware that the food I am purchasing isn't to my liking and requesting a fresh batch of that this would be such an issue. I was then thrown a basket of fries on the counter with extra salt. When I had ask the boy why was there so much salt on the fries, I was then told "that's fry seasoning" as if I were dunce and had no clue of what I was looking at, when clearly the fries where drenched in salt when I had asked for no salt. I proceeded to ask for a new batch of fries I was meet with anger and hostility when the female worker snatched the food. Then they proceeded to talk amongst each other and acted in a way which me me uncomfortable and I no longer wanted to be there. Thus asking for my salt drenched fries back and not wanting to be a hassle for them to cook me another batch. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I then asked for the Manger, which I was told there wasn't one on hand, then asked for the lady and young man's name and was told no you can call back tomorrow and speak to the manager. I advise people never to buy food here, please go to lake shore, or go to another location.

It's okay that they messed up which flavors I wanted. However, the worker literally ignored me when I asked how long it would take. I also got no forks and napkins for my to-go order lol.

Why do all Wingstop bathrooms are out of order. That's dirty!!!! How do you expect people to eat with their hands and not wash them? Worse even their employees!!

Been to this location several times out of convenience, but this will be my last.None of my visits were particularly awe inspiring but this was the last straw.General issues:Staff does not seem interested in assistingWait times are excessive- I have seen multiple people (including myself) get upset at this location about not receiving their order within the expected time. Sometimes 15-30 minutes longer than originally estimated. Food is good enough once you eventually get it.I spent almost $30.00 on 15 classic wings today. I asked for mango habanero, garlic parm, and the new lemon pepper one.I received 7 lemon pepper and 8 mango habenero. When I called to ask about this issue as it wasn't what I ordered, the employee said "the computer must have changed it from 3 to 2 flavors when I printed the receipt" so I asked if there was a way I could still get the garlic parm wings I wanted, and they said I could "only get more wings if I ordered and paid for more." Really sad but it isn't too bad bc round table Pizza is next-door with better wings anyways. (Ironic huh?)

If I could give this WingStop location negative or even 0 stars I would!! Both my experiences at this location have been awful. To begin, they employees are rude. Both times I've ordered at this location their system has been down or something has gone wrong which makes the wait time way longer than the estimated wait time on the app. The first time I had to wait over 45 minutes for my pick-up order when the app said 25 minutes. There were multiple people in their waiting for their order as well. Yesterday I ordered for pick-up again and their system was down. There were over 20 people in there waiting for the order and the employee had to go person by person to write down their order and prepare that for them which also made the wait time longer than it was supposed to be. I understand that the system being down is something that is out of their control, and it can be extremely frustrating but the employees here are very rude and unprofessional. Something that is in their control is the food that they serve to their customers. This is by far one of the worst Wingstop experiences I've ever had. To begin, the fries were burnt. But the real issue here is that the sandwich I had order had moldy bread and chicken that was legit brown. This is extremely DISGUSTING. At first, I didn't notice this, I had taken a few bites out of my sandwich already. I went to dip it in my ranch and noticed it. At first I kept blaming myself for not checking but in reality this should've NEVER happened. Why are they serving this to their customers ??!! It was my first and last time ordering a chicken sandwich. Shortly after I started throwing up and feeling nI felt super nauseous/sick since yesterday.

Walked in at 9:30 and the worker was extremely rude. She mentioned they stop taking orders at 9:30 even though I've ordered there before at 9:45. When I told her that she then said they ran out of chicken so somehow her excuses evolved. Seems like she just didn't want to do her job. The tables were all dirty like a riot had taken place as well. Do NOT go to this location!!
