Ok. Not to nitpick, but they have “Milk Tea” on their menu. Warning: it is NOT MILK. It is some gross non dairy creamer. Kind of like putting coffee mate in your tea. Blech! You have to ask for whole milk if you want actual milk tea. Call me crazy but if you’re selling “Milk Tea” shouldn’t it have milk in? Anyone else? Am I taking crazy pills?

I'm sure IF i come back i'll get better bobba. The staff who made my drink was new maybe. He made my drink very watery. It was the worst bobba ive ever had. The floor, chairs, tables were dirty too when I went there.

I ordered Boba milk tea regular, and there was no ice /sugar level adjustment. The drink seems watered down. I wish it could be a little sweeter... (I usually order 50%sweetness in other boba places. )The price point is the lowest around entire eastbay, however .

Writing this review before I even leave the store because it's so good!! Their Thai tea with boba hits every time and the boba is sooo soft & chewy. The peach green tea is also super refreshing -- I love that you get fruit pieces in it. Every time I come here, the young employees are so kind. I had an interact with who I presume is one of the owners & he was also so sweet. Happy to support this local business, it's so much better than the franchise boba shops in the Berkeley/Albany area :)
Ugggg.Got a taro milk tea from this spot and I don't know if their product went bad, but the liquid was white, chunky and gritty, nor was there a taro flavor. I asked if it was the right order and was told "sorry it's not perfect."

Momi Tea in Albany is our go to go spot for some boba. The service is fast and always get our drinks right. They give you a good amount of boba every time. I like that you can order ahead, so you can just go in and out.
