For expensive beans, you’re not even paying for quality service. Every time I’ve gone in, it seems that I am bothering the employees even though I’m paying a lot for my beans and coffee. I figured I’d give it one last try, but that’s it, I’m not going back. Sometimes I don’t think coffee shops realize or care that you might be someone’s only social interaction in a day, especially for those of us that work from home. We all know a cup of coffeee is more than just the coffee, it’s the atmosphere and experience. I’m sad that such a cute local coffee shop near my home is so hostile and cold toward its customers.

Got a double shot latte with almond milk. I could not taste the coffee. Asked for it extra hot and it was not hot at all. Service was very good.

I came here a couple of times recently, and the staff and drinks were great. I didn't order coffee, just chai, but it was really good. The staff was way more cheerful than down the street, too. It was a great vibe to work in as well. Too bad they don't have a bigger space. Next time I have coffee there, I'll try to update this. My husband seemed to like the coffee, and we're slightly coffee-roasting snobs.
Awesome coffee shop on solera. I ended up with the cold brew, it was very full flavored without being too acidic.The ambiance was very calming and the staff was very prompt and courteous.Worth a pick over the other local shops. Give it a try!5/5 will be back while in town

Reading a review on 2/11/23 and wondering if we went to the same coffee shop...... I too ordered an oat milk latte and had a polar opposite experience. The oatmilk was perfectly steamed, and plenty fatty creating hard-to-come-by creaminess. The espresso was a little acidic but paired wonderfully by the sweet and creamy oat milk. I was recommended this spot by a local, who claims this shop is abundantly better than its' neighboring. My experience deems the same. The shop itself is tiny, with seating for just a few people, and had a very quiet and focused ambiance. Definitely recommend this spot

I've been to this location a couple times and enjoyed all other locations of Souvenir, both in SF and in the East Bay. This staff who's here every Saturday is extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, and there were always seatings available on a Saturday afternoon to do work and the wifi works fine. You can never go wrong with any Souvenir coffee branch!
