I'm a big costco fan but very disappointed at this Alhambra store. It seems to be poorly run. The staff doesn't act professional and constant yelling by your cashiers. Do I need to hear one of your customers card has expired over and over again. Are you trying to shame him? So over ride it and charge him the dues. How hard is that? Worst customer service is this location. My parents went to Costco in Monterey Park to purchase a laptop on sale and it was sold out after 5 days of the started sale date. I then call the Alhambra Costco to see if any in stock there. Called repeatedly for 4 hours before their last 2 hours of closed time and no one pick up the phone. 5 stars for Zabryna!! Thank you Zabryna for your help yesterday finding my keto clusters! You went up & above to help me find what I was looking for. You were so polite and made sure I left happy. 4 stars goes to the store only because it's always packed and also because they haven't stocked up on the keto sandwich bread anymore.
