This place is known for their fresh eel. When I say fresh, I mean live swimming in water. There aren't many places in usa that has these so they aren't cheap. $40 per pound and they are usually 3-4lbs per white eel. The white eel reminds me of Chinese steam fish but more fatty skin and less meat. Taste of all the dishes were not bad, except the clay pot one. Usually Hong Kong style café included rice with dishes, but they don't. Atmosphere and quality of services were not pleasant. When we came, its business was slow. A server helped three tables. I heard people wanted to have hot drinks, she shouted back and said only cold drinks. That server seemed unhappy and rude. The Cantonese Food talk about "Wok Chi". Their dishes does have wok chi!!! Right portion and right taste. The friendly service is awesome. Refilled our tea right away. The environment is clean and comfortable. Great place for private parties and family dinner. Only problem I did not give 5 stars is that they should display some wine.
