Jacqueline is an angel, a beautiful soul, and she knows what she's doing! I got an Ombre eyebrows done 3 weeks ago. Her salon was clean, sanitized, she was gloved, and masked with a face shield. She measured all the points on my face to ensure that my brows enhance my face. From start to finish, she made the process almost pain free and releaxing. LOVE THE MUSIC! My mom and my sister are waiting to make an appointment, and my niece is trying to get her courge up to face the needle, but badly wants it done by Jacqueline. Overall experience:

She was thorough in the after care procedure and even gave me a cute postcard with the steps to care for them. The card also included how I would feel as my eyebrows healed, and it was spot on! lol I just went back for my 1-year touch-up, and get many compliments on my brows. I was debating on getting my eyebrows redone(previous microblade that faded 6mos later) for several years but couldn't find anyone whose work I fell in love with. I don't know how I stumbled onto Jackie's Instagram page but I'm glad I did. I fell in love with her work and told my boyfriend that she's the one but she's in Anaheim. So several things 1. She's worth the drive from anywhere. I'd row my butt in a paper boat with a plastic fork. Ok that was a little dramatic but that's how good she is. 2. She is beautiful inside and out. 3. It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my face and not only did I trust her with my face but I trusted her with my life in a new chair she had me test out. Hahahah. 4. the pain was pretty much nonexistent. I fell asleep during my first session and I probably snored. 5. She makes you feel comfortable. I was thinking about getting my eyebrows done for quite sometime. It took me awhile to finally decide and make up my mind because I wanted to be sure that it was going to be done right. I can honestly say I have no regrets getting them done by Jackie. She is definitely a pro. The moment I walked in Jackie already knew how I felt which was nervous. I felt relieved knowing that. She took her time mapping and double checking. I told her my sensitivity to pain and she kept that in mind. She told me what she was doing every step of the way.
