Ingredients are always stocked and everyone is fast and friendly. Portions are great. His name might be Benjamin I believe according to my receipt, but could be wrong, but he's super kind and always smiling. Really makes this spot enjoyable.

Came in for 2 bowls and a bag of chips 40 mins prior to closing (10pm) . The female - which she was the only female clocked in this evening, made our food and as I'm coming to the end of the food line I ask for my sour cream on the side and then mentioned guacamole as i look at her she's rushing to close the bowl . as soon as I mentioned my first toping to please be added on the side and moved onto my second topping which is guac, and she freezes as if I inconvenienced her and proceeds to ask how I want my guac and I said well it doesn't matter now and she said well it's however you want it, and I responded saying you closed it already so I guess on the side . And she rolls her eyes . My fiancé started his order and it was the same female again . He asked for extra rice and beans and also made a face at his request. As if the hat she wore cover her face ... even after making her face she didn't didn't give him a second scoop. Finally at check out a gentleman helps us out and offers any add-ons. We decide to do a bag of chips. he finally rang us up. We ran right around the corner to get utensils, since our order was a to go order. On the way to my car I decide to reach for a chip in my bag and I don't seem to feel the chip bag and I double check and it's not in the bag . so I have my fiancé go back with the receipt and the bag of food so we can get the chips . He walks up to the counter and she meets him their and he explains that the gentleman that rang us up didn't give us our chips as he trying to hand the receipt to her . She has a RBF and turns around to the coworker that rang us up and with attitude she ask him if she should give us the chips or not and as he is restocking without looking back at us he respond back, saying yes because it's in the receipt. She reaches for the chips and tosses them on the counter and made a finally stank face at him as the bag got tossed .

I got my food from the app for delivery of my taco shells were broken overcooked sitting out to too long and when I picked it up it fell apart I didn't get no napkins or utensils when I marked it just want to let you guys know what kind of food you get

You can't spell "Chipotle" without "E. Coli." Thus restaurant has the uncanny ability to make food that is colder than room temperature. You are seeing my photo correctly, my food is 64.4 degrees Fahrenheit. It's hotter outside than my food. So if Chipotle is wondering why so many people get sick at their restaurants, this would be why.Not only is this utterly illegal, but not safe. Hot food should be a MINIMUM of 135 degrees. That's more than double how hot my food is. Before you say "maybe it cooled off," I bought this food, immediately wrapped it in two jackets, & drove a whole 5min back to the office. So it should at least be warmer than a dead body. The temperature reading is also on the rice & steak, not the colder items (which should still be at least room temperature).This location is a mess. Inconsistent, always cold food, & items constantly out of stock. Even now, they advertise Carne Asada on this very page, yet do not serve it at this location. Everything about this spot is janky. Chipotle corporate seriously needs to make some changes, before they end up making another few hundred people sick with their terrible & illegal serving of food not held to proper safe temperatures. I tried reporting this to Chipotle corporate, and even their garbage website doesn't work. They likely have so many complaints that they just make a contact page that never sends anything to fool customers into feeling they've been heard.

I've visited this place several times when visiting my sister nearby. I was reluctant to stop by tonight because my previous visits were not good. I take away a star cause it was super warm in the restaurant. The burrito was great! Also, the guacamole was super fresh. I was pleasantly surprised tonight! The guy who served me was pleasant.

The service is terrible, rude workers trying to rush your order when theres no one in the store. They also give small portions and seem like they don't want to be there. The server threw the food super messy. He must be be having a bad day, id hope thats not his default everyda

This chipotle made me feel very welcome. Carlos and Jennifer went out of their way to ensure was satisfied. I dined in, and they even went so far as to come out to me and ask how everything was and what they can do to enhance my time here.Incredible, really. The food was fresh and whoever made those chips did a phenomenal job. Came just for the food, left happy from the service. Well done.

HORRID service! The Pastor Chicken bowl I ordered was COLD. The meat was cold, the rice was cold; I had to ask for fresh vegetables because there was hardly any to serve a customer. The girl with the face of acne that served me didn't even give me a proper amount of food to fill the bowl. Then to add insult, she brought out a sample cup of the heated vegetables that wasn't even close to a proper serving!!!!I was robbed by Chipotle as far as I am concerned. I had to go home and heat the food in a microwave just to have hot food!!!! Don't ever eat at this "restaurant ".
