I ordered Uber eats online... I have to say it was really bad ...both of my burgers were burnt and the bacon too .. and one of the burgers was really hard to eat i think it was old.. the fries had no sauce to dip and they were dry .. idk if you don't like to work in those jobs then please quit and look for something else.! I mean i pay money for my food why the heck, you see it's burnt why you don't make another one? Is that sooo hard ? You better not order with jack again .. all the time i have problems with their service.. i really liked jack in the box before but now.. it's just disgusting!

THEY HAVE ROACHES HEREi got this food at 10pm on 1/9service was so bad they took forevermy tacos were cold, and to top it off I FIND A ROACH IN MY FRIES!immediately drove back asking for a refund but the woman at the window couldnt even get the register to openasked for a manager, and they were not available

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. Despite placing an online order and arriving at the store for pickup, I was informed by a worker that the store was closed, contradicting its supposed 24-hour operation as advertised. To make matters worse, there was a ribbon at the storefront boldly claiming 24-hour service. The worker's attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I inquired about canceling the order online, he dismissively told me to figure it out myself. I asked for assistance in retrieving my already paid-for order, but he claimed ignorance and offered no solution. This situation feels like a blatant scam, and I find it unacceptable to lose money in such a manner.

Ordered their boba, it was rock hard and undercooked, went back through the drive through to ask for an iced coffee instead, they ignored me and tried to serve me the exact same cup of boba tea. I had my lady park and I went and knocked on the door, I was let in and after speaking to the lady at the cashier she said "oh we heated it back up for you, you didn't like it?" I said no it's completely undercooked, to which the lady at the cashier responded "oh, I don't like boba".... okay??? like who asked champ, im literally standing there in my chef coat coming home from work and you're telling me you didn't make something correct because you don't like it? I asked politely a second time to just get a iced coffee instead, walked out and have not come back since, a year ago this was my go-to spot, but its been sooooo bad lately, iced coffee was also pooooor quality, straight trying to serve people garbage lmao.

Dec 7th 2023 went to ball rd Anaheim location around 11am the lady totally got my order wrong and when I brought it to her attention she said oh we don't have that right now . So l said why did you give this to me ? An she just walked away .totally unprofessional !!!
