The last two visits were horrible. One time the pieces were very tiny. Looked as though they used baby chickens. Bucket of 12 went fast due to tiny sizes. Three days ago ordered regular chicken. Got extra crispy. Pulled coating off and chicken underneath looked over cooked or stale.

8:30 PM 1/4/2023 - I just came back home from the KFC drive thru and ordered 2 combos. A 3 piece chicken combo and a chicken sandwich combo. Both ordered with a mac and cheese as the side. I come home to see that one of the two mac and cheeses is missing although clearly stated on the receipt that it was supposed to come with my combo. I’m very upset as I spent $10 and something on a chicken sandwich combo just to get the sandwich and the drink not even my mac and cheese. I called the store five times within the span of 30 minutes and nothing but missed calls. I will keep trying tonight until they close and tomorrow morning if I still don’t get an answer. I want my mac and cheese

The girl working behind the counter needs to learn some manners . I was waiting for someone to get my order and she came with attitude that "don't you see the kiosk ,you gotta order there " .I own a fastfood too but that's not how you treat your customer .

They won't give you plates or utensils unless u are eating inside. I spent 60plus tax but I can't get plates for my kids to eat at the park ?????

I don't know why this location got a low rating maybe ppl are picky but my food is always good. Always fresh n delicious I recommend this to everyone place is clean except at times the restroom because homeless other that 5 star for sure

Very bad service. I came at 7 pm . Stood and waited about 20 minutes, no one came to take my order. They just keep servicing at the drive through. I just walked away . They don’t need customers , I guess.

Pissed that I'm completely covered in soda and totally sticky.I should've taken a picture of my 3 piece chicken strip because I have no idea how they figure my little 1.5 inch chicken strip actually made a 3 piece chicken strip. Really, I had two pieces for the price of 3.My biggest complaint. The cups. I literally threw both of my drinks all over the place. My husband and I both wore our drinks. The second we held on to the cup, it squeezed, the lid popped off and soda, everywhere! What the hell.For the price they charge, I should've had 3 freaking pieces of chicken and cups that actually stay closed.I don't even want to recommend anything I'm so pissed ? off about wearing my soda instead of drinking them.

Came here tonight hungry and left irritated. I checked into yelp at this particular kfc where it says check in for free large fountain drink. Team lead refused to live up to offer from yelp stating their franchise doesn't honor yelp offers. I then showed them the offer via yelp with their particular kfc location promoting this free drink offer and he stated their was nothing he could do and that they don't follow yelp offers even though it is marketed as promo to bring sales. Very disappointing and dissatisfied with their customer service. They didn't even try to help or let alone apologize for the "misunderstanding".
