I recently visited Pan Chinese Food located in the Anaheim Lincoln plaza, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite my initial excitement to try this restaurant, the reviews I had read prior to my visit turned out to be accurate.I decided to start with a side order of egg rolls, which was priced at $1.99 and included two pieces. Although the egg rolls appeared appetizing with a nice crispy texture, the taste was a major letdown. The cabbage filling lacked flavor and was watery, leaving a bland and unsatisfying experience.Additionally, I ordered a small portion of fried bananas. While they looked enticing in the styrofoam container, they turned out to be dry, bitter, and completely devoid of any sweetness. It was clear that the quality of the food at Pan Chinese Food was below par.For me, a restaurant should excel in every aspect of the meal, from the appetizers to the main course. If the side dishes are lacking, it raises concerns about the overall quality of the food. Considering the reviews I had read, I was not willing to take the risk of trying their main dishes.Ultimately, I was left disappointed with my visit to Pan Chinese Food. As someone who appreciates well-seasoned and flavorful food, this experience fell short of my expectations. While everyone has different taste preferences, I personally cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience. I believe there are better options available in the area that offer more satisfying meals. However customer service was better than expected friendlyOverall Rating: ★★☆☆☆

I've been coming here for nearly 15 years before it became Pan Pan Wok and their BBQ park looks gross now but all their other food is good and the main lady (I think) gets mad when you ask for sauces, chop sticks, or extra napkins. Well priced but their BBQ Pork sucks and customer service sucks.

Beware there is credit card surcharge and they try and cheat you , by telling you its one price and then after they ring you up you realize you were charge some surcharge posted on some sticker . If a place is willing to be shady like that what do you think they do or care for the food or there customers. Also, the sign says 3.5 percent. and they cheat and charge you 4 percent. All around dishonest. Food not that good either. If you look at it you can tell many other palces with better food. Dont give merchant who dont car eabout you your business. Many places and busineses deserve you patronage. Trust me, skip this place.

This is a take out Chinese restaurant. I was skeptical at first as I always am with Chinese.. I shared a kitchen once upon a time on lake union in Seattle. Hunan Harbor and I did not eat Chinese for 25 years. This place hit it though . The portions are large the price is low in comparison and the food was good. Veges though a little over cooked had excellent flavor. The noodles were perfectly chewy the Kung pow and spicy chicken were cooked perfectly and spicy but not too spicy it did not leave your mouth burning just the tip of your remained pleasantly warm which was just the ticket on this cold rainy night. I'm giving it 4.5 stars on my Big Cheap Eats for under $ 15 I will definetely eat here again . The egg rolls are $.. 75 cents you can buy them by tray 40 for $20.00 I was going to complain because they did not give me dipping sauce. They did not it they were great I think they have cream cheese in them. Ask for them fresh and tell them you heard about them from B. Happy eats....FOOD IS SOMETHING WE ALL HAVE IN COMMON WE SHOULD ALL SHARE IT AND EMPOWER THAT SHARING FINDING THE THINGS THAT BRING US TOGETHER INSTEAD OF THE THINGS THAT DRIVE US APART.B.W.

Honestly the portion is great and the food looks and taste fresh!!!! All this for less than $14!!! I had gone to another location different Chinese restaurant and the food looked so old and hardly any on the pan so I went with this place since the previous location/owner was my fav and honestly their food is great too!! Highly recommend!!!

Fast service, reasonable prices, very friendly staff. Had the jalapeno chicken and black pepper chicken with rice, nice spice, very generous portions. Typical Chinese menu items. All items were hot and fresh. Would eat here again next time we are in the area. Solid 3 stars for food and an extra star for friendly staff.

Use to come here since I was way younger, and the service was great. The service now has gone down a lot, and the orange chicken they served me the last time I went was dry and barely even had any chicken. Not only was the orange chicken dry and had almost no chicken but the lady attending me had gave me an attitude when I asked her for a receipt. This is probably the last time you will be coming here. Totally not worth the money.

Worst food experience. Bad service. They serve their meals for take out even though we were dining in. Then charged us $1 each for styro bowls and for softdrink refills. They expected us to eat the soup on the take away tub. Their veggies were old and dried up, they didn't even bother to peel the carrots, steamed rice was so dry and hard, shrimp soup was heavy with msg. I think most of their food was heavy on msg. I can still taste them in my buds even after washing off with dessert at home. Barely finished their food as it was so distasteful. Servers were disrespectful and bad-mouthed us in Mandarin and they were loud. Don't expect alot from here. Ugh. Do not eat here!

Terrible service they are stingy and cheap with their sauces and try to rush you out of the place while you are trying to ask for chopsticks and condements.
