Always down for popbar when I'm at the packing house! Today we got the strawberry yogurt with mint dark chocolate full dip, waffle cone topping and white chocolate drizzle! Super yummy and perfectly frozen, just enough to keep its shape while you eat the entire thing, but also not too cold to bite into.

FOOD: $7 POPSICLE: Vietnamese coffee with dark chocolate drizzle and chocolate sprinkles. Mine definitely didn't look photogenic, should've went with the half dip. OVERALL: What bothers me is branding. Why do they keep changing container? Sometimes it's a really good quality cardboard container, sometimes it's a super flimsy white paper sheet. I ate my popsicle outside, so the white paper sheet kept blowing away - NOT IDEAL. I didn't think it was anything special.

Liked my popsicle but wouldn't personally recommend getting it dipped. Eating through the dipping into the hard, cold popsicle just hurt my teeth and it wasn't pleasant. The dipping combination of Strawberry Pocky was really really yummy. I ended up picking up the topping, melting the popsicle in my mouth, and adding the topping to the slightly melted mouth. Liked the relatively compostable serving packaging. Service was fast.

After eating any meal at the packing district, you may be wanting dessert. One of the dessert choices being Popbar. They have a large variety of gelato popsicles and gelato shakes. Their frozen hot chocolate shake is really yummy. It comes in a bottle with a cone of gelato on top and if you can't finish the shake you can always ask for a bottle cap. The bottles themselves are a souvenir to take home of the experience you had here!

What a fun dessert spot !! The pop boba drink was so yumm and a treat for kids to get the surprise burst of favor pop in their mouth. We got the mango passion fruit. It was so refreshing I can't wait to go back and try the other flavors. The ice cream pops with the fun dips to dip them in are great.

Coming here off and on for years - it’s been hit or miss with the service. The only downfall is who would be serving you.The upside for everything else would be the solid selection of toppings, ice cream and something customizable to your taste. If it was always smiles and someone that enjoyed serving a delectable treat to others, it’d be perfect.Parking is hit or miss here, their lot gets full quick but if you’re here just for ice cream there’s two charging stations up front, and 3 10 min parking spaces right at the entrance.

So flavorful and creamy. I choose coconut bar dipped in milk chocolate then dipped in coconut flakes. Tasted yummy like an almond joy. Lots of paletas to choose from. And they are soooo good.

Popbar is one of the few places I remember being a huge trend several years back for having extremely aesthetic gelato bars that I've always wanted to try. When I saw that this was in the Packing District during my visit to OC, I decided to give it a try! I ordered the Vietnamese coffee bar dipped in dark chocolate with waffle cone bits sprinkled on top. It was definitely pretty and aesthetically pleasing and it tasted good. It was fun to eat and I personally loved the texture of the bar itself but for around $6, it didn't feel that worth it. I'm glad I got to try it though! Ordering was simple and it was made quickly. Overall a fun experience if you're curious and want to try at least once.

Great place to stop for a quick cold refreshing snack. I picked the cookies and cream popsicle which has big chunks of cookie in it, and then dipped half of it in milk chocolate and topped with waffle cone. It was really yummy but I wish they had more topping options! It was also about $6-7 for a fairly small dessert.

This was my first time trying Popbar from Louisiana. We were out here visiting family when we decided to stop by Popbar popsicles. The choices of popsicles are absolutely amazing, you really get what you want. I can recommend the Ube popsicle with white chocolate and coconut on top. This combination was absolutely incredible and the server helped me out tremendously. I would definitely recommend for anyone to try it for a nice refreshing snack. Pictures listed below of what I got!

This was such a cool idea! I've been dreaming about it since I heard of it in icy MN. It's a place where you can dip popsicles into chocolate and roll it in toppings. I got a cookies and cream pop, rolled in white chocolate and sprinkles. Honestly, wasn't that good? But 1. I think i jacked it up with my toppings choice LOL 2. The experience and photos alone were sooo worth it!

If I were to describe Popbar, it would be "aesthetically pleasing". These gelato bars are customisable to your liking and often come out looking cool (both visually and temperately). They're also not too expensive, so they make for pretty good quick desserts after eating out in the Packing District! Are these going to be the best popsicles or gelato bars you've ever had? Probably not. But if you don't have high expectations and are just looking for a something light, these bars are pretty good!
