I grew up in the restaurant business and can certainly understand and appreciate all that goes into orchestrating and executing a consistent quality product to the consumer. My neighborhood Rubio's is actually walking distance from my house, and I frequent it once to 5 times a month. They are always friendly and say hello when I walk in. First time eating at a Rubio's. Took the suggestion of the Gentleman taking the food orders and glad I did. Original Fish Tacos were excellent. Awesome menu selection available. I'd easily recommend. Good stuff!

We ordered burrito with steak, quesadilla with chicken, fish taco and shrimp salad. They are all really good. Our kids can't stop eating their churros. The restroom is clean as well. It's really recommended.
