One of the best customer service I have experienced at Starbucks!! From the moment I walked-in, to paying, and receiving my order all the employees were very welcoming. When I was ordering my drink I told the person that I am not familiar with their drinks as I do not drink Starbucks a lot, he automatically offered many suggestions from fruity drinks to strong coffees he was super helpful. Let me set the scene: It’s November 1, you are fresh off the Halloween high. You are ready to start your day at Disney. You stop by Starbucks for an iced coffee and a double smoked bacon sandwich. I was expecting a hot mess of a Starbucks considering this is in Downtown Disney at 9am when the parks are opening, but overall things went well. The only thing that prevented a five star review was the lack of food items already and, specifically, we asked for a bagel with cream cheese. Although a plain bagel was on display, the cashier then looked and said they were out. Okay no big deal we chose another.
