I find that different locations have different levels of taking care of the customer. A few of the Subways on my 4-5 star list are 1) on Irvine Blvd/ near Newport in Tustin. 2) on Main near town and country in orange and 3) on Chapman in Orange across from the Starbucks fairly close to the cross street of Esplanade. It's so nice when you know the server is listening, no need for repetition, and they are building the sandwiches with care and precision.
Inside the Chevron extra mile shop, easy to get in and out of, and the girl behind the counter was friendly, except for not knowing what a little of something means she made my sandwich correctly (and I didn't complain about the too much because I can still eat it just fine, if it were mustard we'd have a problem.

Closed. The sign is backwards and all signage on the outside is gone. Kind of a bummer because I walk here, and often did. They start closing on the weekend though which kind of killed it for me.
