I normally don’t complain, but when i take a bite of my sandwich and all I get is mayo and bread, then this merits a bad review. Please, train your employees to make sandwiches.

I ordered three sandwiches in advance picked them up and left. When I opened them all of them were made wrong. I emailed customer service and the guy tells me to go back and he will make them all again. I went out of my way since this subway is not close to me to get them remade. When I get there he tells me he can't make them all again only 2. He was so adamant that he was correct when he made them and wouldn't let his ego go. I even showed him the pictures and the order(See Pictures)! He was rude and wasted my time. I won't be going back and will definitely be telling everyone to stay away from this subway. Would not recommend this subway at all!

It wasn't that busy. Showed up 5 mins after the ready time. Order wasn't on the rack. The guy then pulled up the order and started making it. Said it was going to be a couple minutes. I sat down and waited, another customer walks in and he starts helping them first. I had ordered two sandwiches, and halfway I see them moving the ingredients from one bread to the other.I won't be back.

I had the most disappointing experience with an online order from this Subway restaurant. I placed an order at 5:55pm for 8 footlongs and it took them until 7:00pm to complete it. The guy even called me directly 5 min after placing the order to confirm the order for 8 footlongs. My mom arrived at 6:25 to an empty store and they still had not started making the sandwiches. He told my mom they would be finished at 7. I didn't realize it took 10 min to make each sandwich. My mom waited in her car and finally got her sandwiches at 7. The worker shoved all 8 sandwiches in one bag squishing them. My mom asked the worker if she could get an extra bag and was told in a snarky way "that will be $10." TEN DOLLARS for a plastic bag?! The manager overheard and came and gave us a bag. To top it off, they skimped on ingredients. When I got home and opened the veggie sandwiches that had 2 slices of cheese for the whole footlong. All ingredients were either lacking or missing.Their incompetence and lack of customer service are truly astonishing. I would never recommend placing an online order with this location. Avoid at all costs! The employees showed a complete lack of professionalism, with terrible attitudes and snarky remarks throughout my mom's interaction with them. Corporate needs to take action against this location.

First: u have to fire the girl that was working on jul 22nd afternoon. She is slower than a snail. By the time we got our toasted sub it was cold.Second: i had to look for the steak in the steak and cheese sub. Ur making the subway franchise look bad. There is a standard, stick with it - this is not the place to save money- that's how u lose customers.Third: guessing it was the owner, on airpods behind the cash barely acknowledged our request for basics.Wont be coming back

New ownership isn't the best. Staff isn't trained properly and they're too soft spoken. Have to repeat themselves to even hear them, need to be more outgoing if you're trying to serve food. We used to like coming here but after this experience I'm going to the one on katellaUpdate: sandwich is trash, I asked toasted which he asked if I wanted the meat with it toasted (cold cut combo) and bread wasn't even toasted!! Watch some food prep videos or hire people who know

very rude service. I ain't coming here after I got my nail done. I asked to purchase a drink and they left me standing there what the fuck is this place. Even the owner was there. ALL RUDE ASF, I should've defend myself tbh
