My only criticism would be to watch the explicit content being played over the internet radio that was on. It wasn't appropriate for my 7 year old that was with me and doesn't really promote a family friendly environment.
The staff is very friendly. So is management, but they don't listen to what your requests are even if it's the standard for the sandwiches. As well as had to have them make me two new sandwiches because they don't pay attention or listen. Isabell does not follow the request of the customer either.

very good, crunchy tuna sandwich - but staff needs a little tighter training. had fully 10-punched card to earn free sub - but server handed me sub & walked away without taking card - so i could use card again??? had to call back server to give up card. 2nd time this has happened - & i don't want this business to fail.
