Amazing drinks!! Absolutely 10/10 with a super handsome barista named Vinh Mai that gives great service.

The location has a nice ambiance and is relatively clean inside. The people working there were able to get two drinks done in 5 minutes or so and answered the questions I had regarding their sweetener levels and typical drinks quickly. We ordered a matcha milk tea and peach mango berry slushy. The slushy is very sweet at the default sweetness (if you enjoy fruity drinks with a lot of sugar this would be a good pick) and had actual chunks of the fruit in it, which is a fairly good feature. However, the matcha milk tea did not seem to have much matcha in it at all (notably lacking the flavor and color, giving off the impression of too much milk) and tasted something like a Hokkaido roasted milk tea rather than matcha. Despite this, their boba was very chewy and flavorful so I am giving it 4 stars for the other drink and the boba texture.

It's the closest to Taiwanese milk tea in the area. I love that I could call in the order and shave off some waiting time when I'm in a hurry.

I either have the worst luck or I can't trust Yelp. There wasn't anyone in the place when we entered. I got a Honey Lemon Tea with basil seeds. This sounds like the easiest tea to make. If you go to a steakhouse you expect them to be "experts" when it comes to cooking a steak. I just expected a syrup tea drink. I got all the bitter notes of a poorly brewed tea, with very little lemon taste. The two working seemed to be flustered by the two drinks ordered. I usually give 2nd and even 3rd chances, but not for this place. If you can't brew tea I can't help you

Hidden gem!! The drinks here are really good and they have snacks as well! The service was great - no complaints. This place was decorated really nicely too.

Errr the oolong milk tea and the Hokkaido milk tea tasted really off. The oolong milk tea tasted like watered-down standard black tea (no roasted flavor) and the Hokkaido milk tea had almost like a coconut aftertaste???On the bright side, the popcorn chicken and garlic fries were pretty decent. Crunchy popcorn chicken (though a little skimpy on the seasoning and spice even for mild-level) and the garlic fries were super crispy with a good amount of garlic bits.Ehhh perhaps this boba spot is primarily a convenient go-to for students attending the nearby high school but based on my experience I wouldn't recommend going out of your way for it.

First & last time trying this place, first of all walking in it stinked, it was hot in there and smelled like dirty bathroom. the peach tea was good I liked it , but the matcha milk tea wasn't good at all, it was very gritty, each drink was nothing but powder & wasn't cold it was room temperature. I asked if we could exchange the drink but he said they couldn't do it, we literally took 3 sips. We just wanted a different drink. I don't like stores like that we spent money here and didn't like something the least they can do is exchange it like everyone else would. Whole time ordering he is barely paying attention bc he's on his phone. Don't recommend this place,

I Don't come here often but really should. Everything we have has is good and the service is quick! The prices are some of the best in the area! The location is relatively quiet as it is in a small shopping center and there tends not to be large crowds inside. They have board games and it's nicely decorated. Tripe the trouble - very jasmine forward if you're not a fan of the heavy fragrance of it but the mango, peach and strawberry all work well together. They don't load with your drink with ice so prices are definitely worth it. I just wish it had a bit more topping but great nonetheless.Thai Milk Tea with Almond - note Almond milk is the only dairy milk they carry so if you're looking for something super rich (oat milk) this might not be the best option. Thai Tea is very straight forward you're getting what you order but not overly sweet and always a good fall back plan if you don't know what to order.

My favorite place to get boba! The Ice Milk 1 drink and the Okinawa Milk Tea are my favorites! And, I love the customization options and different size drinks.
