It's a Burger King. Not much to say. I use the drive through. I went 2 days I a row and they had no ice for their soda! The first day they didn't even tell me and of course the drink was awful, the second day they had ice for ther sodas but their frozen coke machine didn't work. I only go here because my son likes their chicken fries. Frankly, avoid it if you can.

Was going thru drive thru. After 4 minutes and the car in front didn't move,went inside. Two people walking in as I was pulling in drive thru were still standing at counter being ignored by staff. No one had helped them. They got frustrated and left. Another two minutes go by and still no one taking orders. I had to ask if anyone was working this register before someone came over. Placed order for whopper Jr no mayo, add mustard. Was told it would be an additional 30 cent to add mustard. Just ridiculous...I said I would add my own mustard at home. Horrible service and ridiculous to charge for substituting mustard instead of mayo. Won't go back to this location on Lone Tree.

Ordered the Fish Sandwich. I don't know what the gray mash was between breading was but it didn't taste like fish. At least at Macdonald's you can see white fish and taste it. Also asked for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a glaze on the red patty and extra "Royal Sauce" which the order-taker repeated. Got a brown chicken patty with extra mayonnaise. DONE with BK.

I been coming to this Location for years and I have always had a great experience there. With customer service the food is all great and it's always clean and well maintained. I went in today to get some food and had the WORST customer service from the cashier I believe he's name is CHRISTIAN he had the most awful attitude felt like I was going to get punch in the face. Even when I ask for my receipt he seem upset. I hope next time I go in he as a better attitude it's not my fault he's working there.

They charged me for my online order and the order was never ready in the store to pick it up.
I like this BK a lot actually. Sometimes things are a little rushed and I feel like the employees are tired but that makes sense cause they works right next to a dear valley high and have to deal with high schoolers all day. Over all the food is good and so is the service they just might forget an item sometimes.Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is better then regular whopper honestly.Dietary restrictions: They’ve always accommodated my dairy allergy and will remove cheese from sandwiches m.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went through the drive through today told my order 3 times and every time in between orders I was told to hold on. Raquel M. the Manager at least that's what she said her title was came over the mic for the 4th time and said she training employees ok I understand but Raquel was so aggressive and very unprofessional when asking me what I wanted to drink for the 4th time I said I told the gentleman a Sprite and she replies back by saying, "Like I said he's new and you can go!" No problem I can absolutely spend my money else where outside of Antioch. But I would much rather keep my money in the community that I own a business! As long as the Raquel M. Is working at Burger King I will never go back and I'll be sure tell my colleagues as well.

This place was so hot I felt so sorry for the works it's 95 outside and inside it feels 120 and there cooking I ask why no air is on it's out and have been that way for a few weeks that torcher please take care of your worker caring customer I give the store a 3 star my food and service is a 10 star
