As we were on a long road trip we stopped by cold stone because they had Tesla super chargers in the parking lot. Took my 3 kids inside and bought all of them ice cream. My youngest son who is 6 was about to pee his pants and they would not allow my son to use the bathroom bc it was for employees only. Just sad they couldn't make an exception for a child! Horrible customer service!

Our go too place always order and pick up but this last time, last night it smelled horrendous!!!!! A mixture of vomit and dirty mop, some of the employees not wearing hair nets definitely questioning if we will return.

UPDATE:COMPLETE RIP OFF AND TERRIBLE QUALITY!!! I BOUGHT A STANDARD TINY CAKE THERES NO PRICES POSTED ON WALLS OR ON PRODUCTS! I FIGURED A BASIC TINY CAKE CANT BE MORE THAT $15! WRONG!!! $$35!!!!!!!!! FOR A BASIC 4 SLICE ICREAM CAKE AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY TASTELESS TRASH! Cake was dry as can be NO FLAVOR like eating CARDBOARD! AND ICE CREAM WAS NO DIFFERENT JUST TASTED LIKE A POUND OF SUGAR!! I WAS BEYOND UPSET AFTER BEING ROBBED $35 FOR THIS 4 SLICE CAKE!! STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE QUALITY NO FLAVOR JUST CHEAP OVERLY PRICED GARBAGE NO QUALITY! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOUWorst customer service ever!!! We will never come back to this location EVER! My daughter wanted this for her bday dessert but the young guy working the door was rude and wouldn’t help us! He was sitting on his phone and refused to help with orders. Cold Stone ice cream is SOOO overpriced yet we were willing to pay the price until this experience. Never again. Owners really need to school their young staff on customer service!

I'm a huge Cold Stone fan, but my last experience with them (Antioch location) was the worst! When I walked into the store, it smelled sour as if they had mopped the floor with old mop water. Overall, the store appeared to be clean, but the smell was a bit off putting. Also, the worst of all -- while I was in the process of enjoying my ice cream, I discovered a strand of hair mixed in with the ingredients. I was completely disgusted! I reported the issue to the store right away and asked for a refund. However, because I paid with my card, there was an issue with the merchant reversing the charge, even after the transaction was voided. I later spoke with the manager regarding the issue. I suggested that maybe the staff should wear hair nets when preparing orders. He agreed and confirmed that everyone is suppose to wear a visor during their work shift (but that still won't keep any loose hairs from falling). Though he was receptive and apologetic, unfortunately he was unable to explain the problem with my refund. I had to initiate a dispute with my bank to get the funds back into my account. The store associate and manager did make an attempt to correct the situation, but despite that, I probably won't be going back to this location any time soon.

I had ordered my husbands birthday cake for he's bday 5 days in advance I got the confirmation number and paid the 45$ the day of hes birthday I come in to pick up , they couldn't find my cake 20 min later the store supervisor keeps walking back and forth telling me I'm not in there system then comes back again telling me if I picked it up earlier mind you I was in a rush, she goes on the phone for like another 10 min to talk to the manager comes back to ask for the confirmation number AGAIN. Walks back to the back, I get a cake that's already made in the freezers and tell her if I can just get this one instead then scans it and expected me to pay another 45$ then I tell her we'll I already paid for the cake that I never got then she says she'll have to ask her manager and calls her back again. 35 min later I walk out with a cake that I didn't order, truly disappointed. Very unorganized not very accumulating and not such a pleasant customer service.

Had my wisdom teeth taken out two days ago and was tired of ice packs on the cheeks. Luckily enough I had Cold Stone Creamery down the road. Thanks Cold Stone you came in clutch!!

Experienced a small issue with an ice cream cake we ordered for delivery. The Store Manager stepped in and was able to resolve things. Cake itself - delicious

Back in June I placed an online order for a birthday cake and some additional ice cream items. Because my family was at home sick, I had my mom pick up the order and drop them off on our porch so we could celebrate my sons second birthday. One item was missing in the order. I called the store four times to try and rectify and either get my money back or pick up the replacement item and every time I was told to leave my phone number and that the manager would call me back. To this day, I have still not heard from the manager nor have I received any credit for my missing items. I think it is awful when a company does not take accountability or prioritize their customers after all of those attempts to get in contact with them.

This is the second time I've taken my family to get coldstone and unfortunately my time was wasted as I was informed by the staff that they aren't accepting card as payment and only cash. You would think they would put up a sign on the door notifying the customers instead of waiting 15mins in line to be disappointed because their card machine is down again. We will not be coming back here and I am now never supporting the franchise.

I got there and the line was out the door and thought no problem Cold Stone is usually great. Got inside with no greeting, whatever. Then only to see some employees not wearing gloves, scratching the sides of their noses, scratching their chest/neck area, and the bottom of their nostrils several times then handling orders. The employees also were not washing their hands or changing gloves after handling orders or operating the cash register. One employee was using her Apple Watch then making orders. Very slow service all around, employees seemingly barely able to scoop ice cream. One male employee came out of the back looked at the line out the door and said he was going on his ten minute break and left. Milkshake that we ordered was supposed to have chocolate shavings and whipped cream but got neither. My Alvin special got a huge glob of peanut butter on top not mixed in. No one offered a straw for the shake or a lid for my ice cream. The female employee that served us with attitude kept asking if we wanted anything else but also told us to have a good night so that’s one redeeming thing if it counts. Overall I don’t think I’ll be coming back for some time with my family and I hope the owner can figure something out with the employees.
