What is going on .Did Fosters in Antioch close.? Their open sign is on , open sign in window but not open. Looks like they left in a hurry???

I'm a little hesitant to write this review as I kinda feel like this is a local's little secret, but in the spirit of giving credit where credit is due, here I go...Let me start with not all Foster Freeze locations are created equal. New owners not sure if they have a clue.. Not as good as it used to be I got a swirl cone in a bowl if that ses anything and they took what seemed like 30 minutes to get the food out
