I love jack in the box but this one on A st in Antioch, CA has decent food need to change the grease for the tacos more often but the service sucks barely wanna give sauces and are rude about
Not 24 hours, so don't waste your time. Just like everyone and everything else in this town, the idiots behind the counter are lazy and can't do anything right. Antioch thru and thru! Drive thru that is This location is a perfect reflection of this town

Several times I went to the drive through and they screwed up my order at night after 9pm , especially yesterday. Seems they are not paying attention and poorly trained by management

11:30 at night on a Monday roll thru the drive thru just for the workers to say "we're closed we're on break" so your all on break at the same time?? That's not how it works lmao just for the girls working to be in the front of the restaurant laughing at all the cars going thru the drive thru. Totally fucking rude and lost my business, sucks too this hella close to my house but I ain't going back. Terrible way to ruin a restaurant & manager in charge don't need to be a manager anymore

I have a weakness for Jack in the Box hamburgers. Perhaps once a month I have one here. Clean restaurant.That said, I think this franchisee needs to return to the brand's management training program- no Diet Coke products, cashiers waited ten minutes before taking my dining room order, and no sauce offered for the jalapeño poppers. Looking forward to returning with hopefully more franchiser/management supervision.

NOT 24hrs. I get off at 4am so I was there about 430am. I sat in the drive thru and no one said anything. I drove around to the window and this girl was there with the headset on trying to look busy. I couldn't help but laugh because she looked ridiculous. I was the only other person there.
