I was having a taste for mashed potatoes and coleslaw only this particular day so I bought the chicken bowl my first time eating it I thought it was really good and coleslaw and hit my taste buds for that day two thumbs

If there were a minus 5 they would have my vote!!! Since I can't even make it a zero, a 1 is all I could do. This place is awful! The food is terrible and the staff is rude! Unfortunately I have found this to be true at all of the KFC's within my local area and surrounding areas within 5 miles. They have pretty much gone down hill for about the last 15 years and it seems they have NO plans on trying to fix this whatsoever! It's too bad too because as a kid we loved them, as adults with children, we leaned on them a few times a month for a break from cooking. With not making customers a priority, which seems futile now anyway, the only way in down .

This location is known for having poor customer service. I blame the management team, the two times that I have needed to speak with a manager, they have both been very condescending & rude. I received expired cake, when I called to tell the manager about the cake, he was rude, rushed the call and hung up on me.I called back and he hung up on me again. It's not just me that has experienced the rudeness of the employees at this location. Several people I know have complained about the poor service at this location and have refused to go back.If you must go to this location, be sure to check the expiration dates on everything and be ready to be frustrated by the rude staff and their leadership. 0/0 would NOT recommend
I used a coupon for lunch. I had the two piece meal. Leg and thigh, extra crispy. The chicken was hot and the mashed potatoes were good. I also ordered 2 apple ones, which were very good.

called spoke with the store manager let home know i visited his location on Saturday and cashier in drive thru didnt give me back my debit card. He argued with me saying no one left it here and hung up on me. What bad service now i have to cancel my card. Thieves!!!!

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 orders of 2 piece and they forgot my mash potatoes and gravy and no butter for my biscuit and the biscuits were old and dry. I won’t go back.
