If I could leave zero stars I would, the customer service is terrible here makes not want to taste the food!! Staff disrespectful and flat out rude!!

Unfortunately, I had a pretty unpleasant experience there. The owners were incredibly rude and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I stepped in. While I was simply washing my hands, they followed me to the bathroom, seemingly suspicious of whether I was going to make a purchase. Instead of a warm greeting, the owner outright asked me if I was going to buy anything. To make matters worse, the owner's wife also approached me later, asking the same question. It was really disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend anyone to dine at this restaurant, as they have no manners and are just plain rude.

The service in this place is awful the man at the counter is very rude and dismissive I was recommended to this place and they treated me as if I was a piece of nothing before I could even order . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!

The food may be good, but their hours are consistent to was posted.I have tried eating there, but either they late opening late or not open at all...nobody answers phone and no message. Oh, yes, there is a sign asking customers to knock and wait.My review is not of the food (I have not try it yet) but rather the operation of the restaurant.

The soup ( sopa de pata " was plain and thickened with flour . The rest of the food was tasty and good quality. Good service and clean environment.

I had lunch at Las Brumas in Antioch, CA. It was the best experience of my life, authentic Salvadoran food, their special dishes and what I ordered had barbecue, lobster, grilled chicken, beans, rice and salad, etc., etc. This dish was wonderfully exquisite. The best authentic pupusas in flavor, plates very generous, they are big and delicious I recommend Las Brumas special! The service and the waiters are very friendly, our order at the table was fast, the place is very clean, and the bathroom is impeccable, I love it, this place is cozy. There will always be rude people who like to degrade restaurants and more so Latin cuisine, it seems that they get paid to be evil to damage the good reputation of this place by lying, evil and harmful criticism, but eventually will catch up with them. Never paid extra for curtido, nor have my food been cold; Of course, if they pick up the food an hour later, what do they expect, to be hot!!! JA JA JA!Trust me, the food is excellent, delicious, and fresh. The plantain rellenitos are delicious, their large pupusas and their maracuya, orchata and tamarind drinks are delicious, authentic; I can say that much better than being in El Salvador. I am not Salvadoran but Central American and I know how good this food is and I attest that I really enjoy this delicious food, no matter what you order, they are delicious, they are genuine and generous in the dishes. You will not go wrong to go there to enjoy such delicious food! I give it 5***** 100%

I honestly would go somewhere else if there were other Salvadoran spots but unfortunately for us in Brentwood or Oakley there aren't many places to choose from. We have ordered from here many times and have put up with their unprofessional mannerism. We have spent hundreds here and they have always been late for our catering orders, parties, etc. every time! Whoever the girl is doesn't know how to take orders and when she gets caught in a lie she tries to blame customers. Why she is trying to save her job when clearly she doesn't even care to better your business. Fix these problems & this business could probably make more money and be in a better location. When you come here it's very sketchy and the place itself locks the doors so you have to knock and wait for someone to open. Just an advice if you Continue to have these problems eventually people will stop coming especially and I'm sorry to say this but even I am hoping someone one day opens up another business close by. This place never answers the phones to preorder and it's not like they are always busy. I have arrived thinking man maybe I was calling several times or put on hold because there were a lot of people but literally I walk in and there's only one family being attended as well as the phones! They are not ringing nonstop for them not to answer. It's almost as if they don't want to work. The food is decent and it's the only reason why my family has continued to give them chances but it ain't worth the hassle, Salvadorians know what I'm talking about. Especially when they are unnecessarily rationing salsas and curtidos. The girl at the front has way to much attitude and needs to be replaced. Again if your looking to upgrade or better your business fix your customer service. The food is fine. Just know it's unnecessary wait times, answer times, and attitudes. I have given up on them and I'll just wait or order from places in Pittsburg or concord from work if I want some Salvadorian food. Hey I will gladly change my review if I ever go back and see improvements. But until then I wish everyone luck.
