I came in to order 8 large pizzas for a Veteran's Day party I was hosting, but I also wanted my free personal pizza the Little Caesars corporate website said I'm entitled to. They don't want to honor the Veterans Day promo so I walked out and went somewhere else. Needless to say I won't be back. Your loss.

Placed an order by phone made me wait 15 minutes. Only to get to the place and say my order has been picked up by who ,... a family who didn't wanna wait so I waited another 15 . Respect the time you give to the clients.

The thing is, If u order cheesy bread for like $8.00 what do u expect? EXACTLY, U expect ur bread to be CHEESY, that's why it's called cheesy bread. Who wants to pay $8.00 for some bread? I mean give me a break, if ur raising prices to be outrageous at least give us the courtesy to serve us what u advertise! Thank

The guys working the counter were very kind, so I want this review to be a reflection of just the interaction I had with the manager who refuses to replace or refund an undercooked deep dish by saying it's the customer's fault.Apparently we asked for too many toppings and split the pizza.It makes zero sense, since the two halves are cooked separately because the breads are actually the base for another dish, and two of them equal one deep dish. He COULD have cooked the second half longer, but chose not to split the pizza up rather than cooking it properly, ensuring one side was either burned or not done.It's poor management and shows he really doesn't care about the customer(s), or quality, just as long as we pay the bill.Instead, it's easier to blame the customer and ignore complaints. This isn't the first time they've undercooked our deep dish, but this WAS my first attempt to have them rectify their mistakes. Now, we just won't eat there anymore.This is how you lose business. I've eaten at this chain for years, but tonight was the last time. We'll do Pizza Hut from here on out.

Older lady that works in the mornings is super rude ! she acts like she hates her job. bad location also, had witnessed a homeless lady acting out inside this place! she got all up on someones face, yall be safe though
