My clients love pizza, so we go to a lot of different Mountain Mike's around the East Bay, and this one is ok, maybe it depends on the time, but the customer service was mediocre, like not friendly, but the food was decent. I would recommend the one in Pittsburg or the one on across the street from the Antioch mall next to BMO. It could've just been the staff too, cause we've gotten dinner from here and it was bomb, so imagine my shock going in for their lunch buffet!
didn't try the pizza but the arcade is awesome. definitely underrated. would recommend. didn't get a good look at the server but they seemed nice.

The several times that I've gone here, there is a smell of must. From being in the food service in my younger years, I recognize an old mop when I smell it. It is as simple as changing the mop and not just the water. The salad bar is old, the food is not like of other mountain mike'

I enjoyed the lunch spcial, the salad bar has lots of stuff and the pizza was good. They didn't have enough people to make a pizza bar, but they gave me a 20% discount and let me order a personal pizza instead.

I visited the Mountain Mike's Pizza in Walnut Creek last Monday. I was greeted by a VERY NICE girl named Carla. She knew that it was my first time there. She was very helpful while I made my lunch choices.
Machine took my money and the would not refund my money or put a sign on the machine so no one else would get robbed.

It was just OK to me. I haven't had it in about 15-20 yrs and now I remember why. I don't care for their pizza sauce. It served it's purpose though, I wasn't hungry anymore.

I ordered Everest pizza and it was made all wrong. The manager was willing to remake it as they had a new cook that night but I declined as I was tired and didn’t wanna go out again. So the manager said to let me know the next time I ordered as I usually get pizzas on Tuesday and she would make pizza and I will get it half off, well they’re half off price is not the price I paid because I had a coupon. Very disappointed as I’ve been going there for years. Sad to they are going to lose my business and I change pizza places where they appreciate their customers.

Delivered on time, but pizza was very dry overcooked even when you try to pull a slice away pizza was not cut overpriced for a dry pizza. I will not recommend this mountain mikes. I’ve had better at other locations.I pay 56 dollars for a super dry pizza, mountain mike style waste of money. My children wouldn’t even eat it. Because it was too dry. I even tip the driver not his fault but the facility the pizza was made it. Unappropriate for a dry pizza l Iike that mountain Mike’s in Pittsburg California is a lot better. The one in Antioch ca don’t waste your money here.
