Witnessed who I believe to be the owner straight up screaming at the employees. Orders from this shop have occasional issues but seeing the behavior at the store means I will never be returning to this shop ever again. No one should ever abuse their employees like that. Shame on the owner.

i love Mr PicklesIt is on the pricy side, i can eat at Subway about three times for the price of eating at Mr Pickles once!But i do not get the same taste of 5 stars!Mr Pickles can be very very busy And I have been late back to work at lunch time, even when I called in my order ahead they lost my phone order and i ended up reordering and waiting anyway!

After placing our order in person and receiving our receipt I caught that we were charged an extra $1 for our combo. (Bottled soda + chips) Me-"No one has caught this before?"Cashier-"No. I don't make the prices, this is what was in the system on the register for a combo"Me-"Why doesnt it match? I know it's silly over possibly $.30, I'm just curious. Maybe we can get an extra cookie or something for the difference" (Trying to offer a solution instead of asking for money backC- "You're already getting 5 cookies"Me-"Don't the cookies already come with the sandwiches??? "C- Completely overwhelmed and unresponsive "uhhhhh" We finally got an answer from another worker and they explained that a bottled soda + chips is $4.99 while a fountain drink+chips is $3.99 I wonder how many times they push $4.99 for the combo and it's not caught. An extra dollar here and there make a big difference for a franchise such as this. Owner: 1.Please train your cashiers to press the correct buttons so that an extra $.30 to $1 is not taken advantage of for each combo customer2.Please train the cashier the difference between all the combo prices. There are 3. I've attached pictures. 3.Please update your signage that display correct prices for combos. There is no sign that says $4.99 in the whole store. I had to look online when I got home. 4. Does a cookie come with a sandwich? Cashier sounded like he was doing us a favor by adding them in. There is no sign with that in the store. 5. Please update sign for kids menu. It says it comes with a toy. We were told it no longer does. 6. Please bring back the slice of pickle with the sandwiches. We were told today that you don't do that anymore :( Future patrons- Check your receipt and bags for correct total and items. Oh, and they forget to add our pickle we purchased. I feel like every time I come here it's an ordeal.... I was here today around 1pm in case you wanted to see who was on register.
