I have to put one star. I watch the cashier wipes, snot onto her hand. And then handled peoples food money. She also touched drinking cups did not wash her hands and then gave me attitude for asking why she didn’t wash her hands. Does anybody there have a food handlers card?

I ordered 5 large orders from the family menu and they were not full. Looks like this location has a problem filling orders completely. Plus, the Manager apparently has a problem when people ask about orders not being complete. Not goin there anymore.

This is the worst Panda a express I've ever been to. The food is horrible. The orange chicken had a lot xtremely strong vinegar smell (like sniffing a bottle of vinegar strong) and was literally inedible. All u could smell was vinegar. It was so bad that even eating the little bit of chowmein that I did (2 bites) it gave me an almost instant stomach ache. All of us had stomach aches and no one finished their food. We ended up throwing it all out (about $50 worth of food) and ordering from Jade House in Pitt. I will never eat here again.

Honestly this was the quickest and friendliest service of my life- even at 12:15 pm? Like the middle of lunch? Oh my god??? 11/10 would recommend, this place just made my day.

The noodles aren't what they use to be. This place is ok, but sometimes they get stingy with the chowmein. One time I saw a gal just tossing the noodles.... they were small broken noodles.Bring back the thick noodles!!!!!!!!
Out of both dishes I wanted. Employees didn't seem to care. We will go out of our way to go to a different location.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Staff forgot about my order as I waited for over 40 minutes for an order that I got the text saying it was "completed". They were waiting on an item, and ended up forgetting all about it, as my food sat there with no lid. Completely unprofessional establishment and the manager Edwin was NO HELP and took no accountability for his staff forgetting about my order.

I ordered a family meal through thier app which was cheaper than using doordash (even with top and delivery charges)They packed each box to the rim. They cooked the beef and broccoli better than all the other Pandas I've been to. I'll definitely order from this location again.
