2024/02/22Having visited 2 times this year already, I can confidently say that the downward spiral of this specific Pan.Ex. is at the fault of management, or very well the cooks. (Somewhere late in the mid 2000's, when they swapped Honey Chicken for Orange Chicken, is when i started eating PE)Everything about the place is clean, the tables are always spotless and The guests form a line along the same spot everytime. The food is prepped, cleaned, chopped and stored so neatly away in the glass door fridges. The HQ decision to take away the big square trays for the tiny circular one, was a thumbs up business decision, it definitely looks nicer but this is our issue coming to play. Same amount of customers, but now p.e. serving less food at a time which means more refiring for the next batch especially during peak hrs.We have all been ok with the under cooked rice. Seems to be Pandas most difficult dish. Rice! But as mentioned before, its in a downward spiral and the cook timing is making it worse. The line feel just a small bit longer in wait time but im confident its short cutting foods cook time on ingredients that dont have a required safety temp/time when on the wok. I doubt its instruction to cook veggies that short of time, so its the manager/chef.The line workers along the main entrees are always moving and adapting. Those workers are great. Unfortunately, the end result is the food, and i will NOT be returning until more positive reviews come out regarding it.Also bring in chow fun! I had chowfun at the Panda Express in Kaneohe Bay, HI and it is excellent there

It was a take out food experience. I love the food , it’s always good and fresh.Parking: Maybe because of the evening time when I got to the place there were many parking spaces.

I love Panda Express. The Honey Walnut Prawns is one of my favorites. I also love their Chow Mein! The service was so so, as we sat in front of two employees who were talking and filling mobile orders, but neither paid any attention to us for probably 5 minutes. Not even to say, be with you in a few. But once they did serve us, they did a great job. All in all a good experience overall, and they were very friendly.
My whole family got food poisoning from this restaurant. I have been so sick and had to go to ER. Do not eat here!!!

Same old Panda Express. However, regularly you get some old and dry meat while still paying the full price. Not good.

Ok, this is the only Panda Express worth visiting in this area! Even if you are closer to the Balfour or the Sand Creek locations, drive just a few minutes out of your way to come to this one! FYI: Stay AS FAR away from the Sand Creek location as you can! This location has been perfect every time. I’ve gone in when the line is almost to the back of the restaurant and the staff is always on top of it and on their A game, getting people thru as fast as possible and always willing to help with a smile! Even extremely busy, they are all super nice, friendly and very polite! And the food is always perfect! Hot, fresh and cooked to perfection! The meats are always nice and tender the chicken melts in your mouth. Their flavors even taste better than other Panda’s if that even makes sense! Again, make the drive, come to this one! It’s small but there’s plenty of parking!Don’t waste your time and money trying to keep down the stale, hard, tasteless food from the other locations close by!

I went to Panda Express tonight ordered the walnut shrimp, chow mein an orange chicken. Both my shrimp and orange chicken smelled like mold ??the disgust and they smelled exactly like chemicals something like cleaning chemicals to be exact. This is disgusting?. I will never go back to Panda Express again. I am highly disappointed in you Panda Express. Also cannot return food to get my money back due to the women at register not giving my receipt when asked. Never again!
I love Panda but with the price going up and Portions going down. This is the last time i'm going to panda.

The food is very good, I really enjoy desposte the wait and the lesser quantities. The Ambiance is also very quiet inside other than the sounds of people making the food and the sounds of others conversing.

The food I got was ok. Portions are small, and the service is ok. I was a little rushed when ordering my food. It can get busy here quickly.
I love eating a Panda Express Sally at this panda express restaurant. The food was too salty. The rice was undercooked. I would not come to this restaurant ever again.
